  Got new tires for a competitive price. Manager was super nice and helpful. Service was great. The only service they couldn’t provide was a state safety inspection but that was not a big deal.

  The dust cover plate underneath my car was scraping and when I came to them they took it off for me free of charge! Great business and great staff

  At first I thought this guy was joking with me because it was so absolutely ridiculous. But then I realized that this very unkind person behind the counter was not kidding me. Read this story, you will see what I mean. As I drove up to the reception I noticed that they had 6 bays, and that all 6 bays were unoccupied. I also saw some of the staff sitting on tires scrolling their phones. I thought to myself "good, this should go quickly ". I parked the truck and walked into the reception area and there was a man sitting behind a desk reading something. He waited until I was inside and then got up and spoke to me. "Hey buddy, what can I do for you?" He said. I explained to him that I visited a building site earlier on and that I noticed some screws lodged in my tire. I said to him that I saw that there are 4 screws. He looked out the window at my vehicle and without ceremony said "we can only do 3". I laughed 😅 at this comment as I thought he was kidding with me, but I noticed that he was not laughing with me. This guy was dead serious. Then he added "I can sell you a new tire ". I said to him "the tires I have on there doesn't have more than 1,500 miles on them. He looked very unimpressed and said again "we can't do more than 3" I laughed out loud and left the shop. How eager can someone be to want to sell you a tire? My advice to you is to drive right past to the next tire shop. These guys are going to try sell you what you don't need. And besides, who do you think you are to want to interrupt their scrolling?

  3hrs for 4 tires is ridiculous I had a appointment will be taking our business elsewhere I'm still waiting Update: talked to the front desk guy. Asked why so long on the tires he said "thts the youth of America" as his shop employees sat in the sales room just hanging out. STILL WAITING 3HRS 30MINS 4 tires with an appointment
