  I can’t express how grateful I am whenever I come here for all of my automotive needs. I always do my best to work with Vincent, as he has never let me down. I’d recommend this place to anyone who needs an oil change or any automotive need!

  We can’t thank the team at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers in King, NC enough! We were driving home from vacation when we picked up a large bolt in one of our tires. We were stressed, exhausted, and just trying to get our family home safely. The staff went above and beyond. Not only did they patch and plug our tire at no charge, but they treated us with incredible kindness from the moment we arrived. They gave our kids footballs to play with while we waited, which kept them entertained and made a stressful situation so much easier. When the repair was finished, they didn’t stop there—they put our spare tire and jack back where they belonged and even helped repack our luggage so everything fit back into the vehicle. That level of customer service is almost unheard of these days. Their generosity, professionalism, and genuine care turned what could have been a miserable end to our vacation into a reminder that there are still wonderful people out there. If you’re anywhere near King, NC and need tire or automotive service, this is the place to go. We are incredibly grateful. Thank you for getting our family home safely!

  These guys serviced my car yesterday. They were fast, friendly, and efficient. I walked in and asked "how much and how fast?" I was told the price and agreed to it, followed by "pull up behind that car and we'll guide you right in" they were finishing up with that car at that very moment so I had no wait. I didn't have to leave my driver seat again. Even paid by tap from the comfort of my car. They checked and topped off washer fluid. I'm sure they checked the other fluid but I happen to know that everything else was full. They checked my air filter. It was old and disgusting so I just bought another one from them, but there was no pressure. They didn't pressure me to do any upgrades. They let me know about an issue that I should deal with, but didn't pressure me to pay them to do anything about it. If they had been pushy about anything, I wouldn't go back. I normally do the maintenance on my vehicles myself, but I just don't have much time. I just happened to notice them while driving by and decided to pull in. I'm glad I did. I can't recommend these guys enough. If you've been neglecting your car, stop in and let these guys get you squared away.
