I was there on the 4th of July, and they helped me out without an appointment for new brakes/rotors and a set of tires only two hours before close. They carry Cooper tires, a plus for me and tole me they were still made in America, huge plus. I believe tires were a bit cheaper than other places, and the final bill was a little cheaper than they originally quoted me too. Definitely a patriotic establishment, probably not just for the 4th... I will definitely go back.

On vacation, took truck to shop with 3 studs on front driver’s tire to be replaced, They were great about taking the truck in as I was in a pinch. Got call back at end of day saying I needed to replace 2 hubs for $2200. Son in law with me is mechanic and he went down the next morning and talked to manager about just replacing studs. Manager looked at it and said he could not get studs locally and they would come in Monday but could put one hub on. He said if we find parts locally he would put them on. Son in law found studs and hub locally (less than 1/2 mile from shop) and took to shop. They could not use studs we brought them and put hub on. On bill listed as brake labor and charged $487 and that I refused 2 hubs. I appreciate that they worked with us as it was the 3rd of July, but if we had tools and space we could have gone the cheapest route with just new studs. It seems to me that they tried to get the most money out of me and easiest solution for themselves as I was in a pinch. If my son in law had not been there they would have gotten me for over $2000 instead of their labor of almost $500 and the $200 part we bought.

They were open during the holiday, which was a real lifesaver. Once they had my car, though, I was aggressively upsold on the number of tires they required me to purchase to get my car back. Once the car was returned, it was missing the locking lug on each wheel. I was told later that "the locking lugs were probably unusable after the tech removed them." (meaning the tech broke them) And that driving with a missing lug nut was "perfectly safe." No offer was made to replace the missing parts. I had to purchase them myself. I cannot in good conscience recommend this service shop.

We got a screw in our tire on the way to the Outer Banks with a baby and toddler in tow late on a Friday evening. While we called another shop first they could not fit us in. Tire Choice got us in immediately and fixed our tire within minutes. They were very kind and reliable and made what could have been a major headache, truly just a minor bump in the road. Great price and really nice people. Highly recommend!

I needed a tire replaced that had a nail in it, and my spare tire replaced that was 13yo and dry rotting. Simple fix! Somehow I ended up picking my car up with 2 new tires and my 13yo dry rotting spare remounted under the car. Hahaha. So they replaced a random tire for no reason and had to dig it out of the dumpster the next day to fix the mistake. It made no sense and customer service was not apologetic which was disappointing. I wonder who would’ve paid for the third tire if mine had been taken out with the trash before I got back? Who knows! Lmao the person helping me tried to argue driving on a 13yo dry rotting spare was better than my 3yo tire with some mileage on it. Hilarious lack of taking responsibility. Silly and avoidable. Will not return from disappointment. The woman helping me did not seem surprised when she saw who serviced it, meaning they employ someone who messes things up regularly which sucks. Get them outta there! Lol
