I made an appointment for a full synthetic oil change with tire rotation The quoted price was $108.00 for up to 6 quarts. Before I left the house I marked my front tires as I do so I can make sure the tires were rotated. The service was performed on time and I go up to pay. The price went from $108 to $175.00 as my truck needed “2 additional quarts of oil”. Like 2 quarts courts of oil cost half as much as their whole full service….the manager says that they are not happy with their oil prices and that people all pay the same for their package deals whether they need 4 quarts or 6…. BUT WAIT there’s more—I go out to my truck and see that my tires have not been rotated. I walk back to the shop where the cashier/manager agrees with me that they don’t always rotate the tires if they “don’t look” like they need it. So you pay for a package service but don’t get a full package and yet pay an unreasonable amount for extra oil. Hope this helps keep someone from getting ripped off…..
