  Good experience, I checked in online the night before. Still needed to show my proof of insurance at the desk though, but no one else was there so I didn't have to wait.

  I’d go elsewhere. Horrific experience and instead of enterprise helping, they decided to leave me stranded. They will not work well with insurance CHOOSE ELSEWHERE!!

  Booked and confirmed a reservation for pick up at 12pm on Saturday. Called them at 12:02 and they were CLOSED! We had to wait until Monday to get a rental. When I voiced my frustration, the rep. Simple stated. "I dont know why they let you book it. We close at 12 on sat and close at 5pm during the week." Customers behind us had a reservation and confirmation for 2pm on SAT. and like us, had to not only WAIT but find a way to get to their location because they would not pick us up. So, because of a MISTAKE that seems to be well known we not only were stranded for two day but, had to PAY a car service to get to them. NOT GOOD. NOT GOOD AT ALL. IF You need to rent a car get one BEFORE you head into the OB
