  KDH Enterprise, deserves zero starts. Just plain pathetic. I have rented cars from other Enterprise locations in different locations including KDH and absolutely have had stellar experiences.. I have a confirmed rental car for tomorrow(8/27/26, I made this reservation on 7/20/26), tonight on 8/26/26 at 543 pm someone who had virtually no customer service skills called me and asked me to basically jump through hoops regarding insurance information. To simplify the conversation, unless I have a State Farm Insurance card I was out of luck and no rental car. Let me explain, I was on the way to OBX, when she called me. To say this is an inconvenience is an understatement.I told her to cancel my rental and she said she would, I called her right back and confirmed that it was Enterprise calling me and that I wanted a cancellation email and she said I would receive one. I still have not received that email. Word to Enterprise, do NOT reply with one of your bogus “it is never our intent to inconvenience our customers” Do better, and do NOT charge my card!

  Wonderful rental experience. I was able to reserve a jeep same day. The staff were all very courteous and helpful. Picking up and dropping off was seamless even though they were busy! Really enjoyed the Jeep I rented, well equipped and in great shape.
