  Cancelled my membership last month by speaking to a manager named Adam. I was charged again after cancelling and had to dispute the transaction to get it resolved. Do not trust the staff at this location. I spoke with the head manger hunter today and he cancelled my membership since Adam did not.

  Just wanted to share my recent experience with this car wash so others can make their own informed decision. My vehicle entered the wash with no damage to the driver's side mirror cover. I have a recent dealership walk-around video and service records showing the mirror was intact before the wash. During the wash, the mirror cover became detached, and an employee entered the wash tunnel to retrieve it from the floor. Disgusted in the immediate willingness to blame me for the incident. I filed a claim and provided the documentation and evidence I had available. The claim was denied. Over the course of our discussions, I was told the damage could have been my fault, then attributed to wear and tear or weather, and ultimately denied based on a posted disclaimer sign. I am disappointed with how the matter was handled and the refusal to accept responsibility despite the evidence I provided. I'm sharing my experience so others can decide for themselves whether they wish to use this business.

  Be careful using this car wash. During my wash, a foreign object/magnet became attached to the scrubbers and struck the side of my Suburban hard enough to leave major body damage. The incident was acknowledged on-site by management, and I documented everything immediately with photos. Afterward, the business changed its position and refused to cover the damages, leaving my insurance company to pursue the matter. Very disappointed with how this was handled.
