VERY DISAPPOINTED with how this situation has been handled. After taking my dark blue truck through Caliber Car Wash, I discovered numerous scratches across the paint that were not there beforehand. On top of that, the wash left a noticeable residue on the exterior of my truck. I immediately took pictures documenting everything and submitted an online damage/incident form so Caliber could review what happened. After receiving no response, I submitted a SECOND online form. I have now submitted TWO reports and still have not received a phone call, email, update, or even an acknowledgment that someone is reviewing my concerns. I understand that an investigation may take time, but completely ignoring a customer’s reports is extremely frustrating. When someone is reporting possible damage to their vehicle after using your business, the very least they should receive is communication about what is being done to address the situation. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly reach out just to find out whether my reports were even received. At this point, I’m extremely disappointed not only about what happened to my truck, but also with the lack of customer service and communication afterward. I hope Caliber Car Wash reaches out and handles this situation appropriately.

My ex thinks I should not be able to afford such luxuries, but I treat myself occasionally. Went on Sunday had to wait 10 minutes for them to figure out their computer system. It was down. They had to reboot it, reboot it, cars lined up behind me. Full price $25 wash with undercarriage nothing offered for my patience. Then it didn’t even wash the undercarriage or my car plus no fans at the end. My car is completely dirty bird poop still on it and all the salt dirt. Would not recommend.

We loved Caliber Car Wash in Kill Devil Hills! We went here throughout the week during vacation. It kept our truck nice and clean and the service was exceptional. I wish we had one at home. We will definitely be returning on our next OBX vacation.

Your go to car wash after visiting the outer banks, car bottom wash to remove corrosive sand and salt from beach driving or passing through water pools on highway 12. Just as well your car is exposed to wind driven salt spray when visiting. I never leave OBX without first getting a wash done, reasonably priced basic wash is all that is needed but even the premium wash is not expensive. Added bonus is free vacuum cleaning stations to get rid of interior sand.
