- LMLinda Motsinger2 days ago1.0I have been to this car wash several times and I will say I loved the outcome. However on 9/23/2026 I was charged $44.98 for a membership fee that I did not sign up for. I have called 3 times to get this removed from my credit card and I it still has not been removed. I would like to use the car wash, However I don't use it enough to sign up for a membership, so ;therefore I will not be going back.
- DPDonny Parkin3 days ago5.0I like this company better than Tidal Wave by far. Wish they had more location near me than just the one in Kernersville.
- RHRenin HOct 6, 20261.0So this car wash says I signed up for a membership which I never did. I literally stay in a different city which is 20 mins away. I never been to the car wash until I went to see why I have a membership. On top of that, the date in question when I signed up for the so called MEMBERSHIP couldn't have happened because I was in the hospital at the time. Like make it make sense, why I would drive 20 mins to wash my car when I have one around the corner from my house. I even asked one of the employees if it ever said my car went through the car wash and was told no but yet y'all won't give me a refund for them fraudulent charges.
- CDCassie DeenOct 2, 20261.0Broke my car mirror, only got to speak to an ai and the manager didn’t care at all. Claim came back and said “it wasn’t possible” that the car wash could’ve broken my mirror. Well I watched it flip my mirror in the middle of the wash so I’m pretty sure it is possible!!! This business does not care about you or your car.
- PRPaul RashSep 27, 20261.0I went there today and used the prep station. While prepping my car I saw a sign offering 30 days of car washes with first paid wash. Once I got in line, I was told they do not offer this anymore. I asked why is the sign still up and the manager said the owner would not let him take it down. I tried to complain but was told the owner only comes in on Tuesdays.
