  Went there for State Inspection and in addition they checked my air filters, checked my tire air pressure and topped off my fluids at no charge.

  The members were nice offered me a cold bottle of water and answered all of my questions. They were professional in all aspects. I highly recommend them to anyone.

  My oil change at Strickland was awesome today! Everyone was super friendly. A big shoutout to Claire who let me know what was going on with my car and who topped off my coolant that was just about on empty.

  Excellent service at Strickland Brothers in Kernersville. Mike, the manager, and Cesar took great care of my husband and me with oil changes for both of our vehicles. They were friendly, professional, and thorough from start to finish. What really stood out was that we arrived only 10–15 minutes before closing, and they didn’t hesitate to take care of us. We never felt rushed or like we were an inconvenience. They gave us the same great service you’d expect at any other time of the day, which we really appreciated. Great customer service all around!   Exceptional experience from start to finish! I stopped in after picking my kids up from school for an annual inspection and routine oil change, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Within seconds of pulling into the bay, we were warmly greeted with genuine smiles and friendly faces. They immediately made us feel welcome and even provided a bottle of water for both of my kids and me—a small gesture that made a big impression. I explained what services I needed, and everything was clearly explained to me, including where to place my registration, how to leave the vehicle running, and where to enter the waiting area. I was thanked for choosing their location, and the entire interaction felt sincere and respectful. Just a few minutes later, a technician came into the lobby to personally go over the different oil options with me before getting started. Throughout the service, they consistently kept me informed rather than leaving me wondering what was happening. They checked and explained the condition and level of the oil, cabin and engine air filters, and even my windshield wipers. I really appreciated the transparency and attention to detail. What impressed me most, though, was how they went above and beyond. During the inspection, they noticed that part of my undercarriage was damaged and partially missing from a previous oil-change experience elsewhere. Apparently, the previous shop had failed to properly reattach it after servicing my vehicle. Instead of simply pointing it out and sending me on my way, the team took the extra time to remove the damaged pieces and securely fasten the functional portion that remained. That kind of care and initiative is something you simply don’t see everywhere. Mike was absolutely wonderful. He was professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely made my family and me feel welcomed, respected, and valued. Every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and it was clear that providing excellent customer service was more than just a requirement—it seemed to genuinely matter to them. As a parent with two kids in tow, I especially appreciated how patient and accommodating everyone was. What could have easily been a routine, forgettable stop turned into an experience that genuinely stood out. Thank you, Mike, and the entire team, for taking such great care of us and our vehicle. You went above and beyond, and your kindness did not go unnoticed. I will absolutely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, thorough, professional, and genuinely caring service!
