From the moment I called to the service I received, stellar customer service was performed. Everyone kept me abreast of what was going on. They're very personable. They treat you more than a customer. Although I came in with one request, they guided me through the entire process, with practical deadlines. They're not a shop that's greedy but one that cares about everyone that walks through the door. For any glass needs you have, call Shields because they'll protect your assets. - CBc n bAug 20, 20265.0my appointment was for 10:30. i got there early at 10:15. they immediately started on my windshield replacement. in an hour i was out the door. i must say that i was pleased with the price and blown away by the office staff. rarely does a customer get treated with respect and appreciation these days. the folks were/are terrific. hopefully i'll never need another windshield, but if i do Shields gets my business.

Called Shields @11:30am and had my windshield and 2 windows replaced and car ready by 3pm. They were cheaper and faster than satellite or other competitors. The 2 women working the front office were exceptional and very friendly, Denise streamlined the process and made the claims process. Whether you’re from out of town, or a local, go to Shields
