  I was driving down the road and my tire started to go flat. Mavis was the closest tire shop to me so I stopped in and took care of it. The guys working up front was great to work with they got me in and out in a timely manner highly recommend Abe and Isiah was the guys that took care of me definitely worth referring to

  Hello, today l came in for the first time during my work shift to see if l was able to leave my car there while l worked then return to get it later. I was very pleased that l could just come in and have same day service. I explained to them that l normally go to Take 5, however l had a coworker that patrons Mavis and told me that l should start coming to them instead. They were willing to work with my budget as well as to offer up-sales for daily deals. I will add an update after my service is complete.(Part 2) I must say after having a beginning joyful experience once arriving in the afternoon to pick up my car was a different experience. As I pay my bill and drove off the lot, before I could get three complete turns of my wheels my car stopped, check engine light flashed, and I was stuck in the middle of 5:00 traffic on highway 66 😳. What was happening and that I could not move my car I immediately put my flashlights on jumped out my car and ran back to Mavis. They were on the verge of closing os I ran around hectically until I found the manager and he came back down with me to get my car and he got into it and he was able to get it to move out of the middle of the street. He then proceeded to tell me that the car was misfiring in that I needed a tune-up. And I explained to him that my car was not in this position when I dropped it off in fact I would have not even been able to drive it to you if it was in the condition that it is in and then this moment. Long story short they wind up fixing the issue and honestly they should have just test drove it for the type of service that I had with the vowel cleanse. It put my car at risk for being hit with it being stuck in the middle of the street as well as other pedestrians having to immediately stop while driving. I was very afraid that my car was going to get hit or that I was going to cause an accident.The manage r was extremely helpful and patient with me because I was literally panicking. So I did changed my star rating. However in the future I do need tires so maybe I will give them another chance to redeem themselves. This was my experience this was my truth. Thank you for reading.

  Came in to Mavis to see if the could help me today . I need 4 new tires I was given great service while I was waiting the gentleman came back up and let me know that my brakes were almost gone and the rotors needed replacing from all the grooves in them. Thank you Mavis for all you did for me today I will be back what a great place to do business with.

  Started the middle of July trying to get my car right. I got 4 new tires and everything else they wanted to throw at me. I paid and left. A day later my car wouldn’t turn left so I took it back. They threw another $900 plus worth of parts it didn’t need and said they were giving me a discount. Also had to get a second alignment . I pick the car up and have a dead battery. They left the key turned in the ignition. They jump me off and I head home to find the car still doesn’t turn left after nearly being taken out by an oncoming car. I call and they say they now think it’s the power steering pump. They offer a discount if $750 and I said no way. You put $900 in it it didn’t need. So they put in a power steering pump to call the next day and say that wasn’t it either. They said there was nothing else they could do. I reached out to corporate with no response. I took it to a nearby garage I was recommended to begin with and spent over $1,100 to get it fixed the right way. Hard lesson learned

  Best Mavis to ever visit. Hoenst Crew. Knowledgeable team. And most importantly Not trying to get your money for no reason. Thie shop actually takes you by hand and visually show you what the issue is that your experiencing and or also show you why they recommend certain maintenance to be done. Seeing is believing no? They show you the part explain what's wrong with it at its current state and than tell you what it should look like when its in good condtion and the part still has life in it. This here for me is the #1 Mavis in the whole of U.S.A of America and I am not exaggerating. Or maybe I am but truth be told this is the best shop I dealt with in my humble 7 years experince within the Automotive industry.
