  I had an amazing experience at Mavis Tires! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. Isaiah was a huge help throughout the entire process — very informative, professional, and patient when explaining everything about my vehicle and tire options. He made sure I understood what was needed without feeling pressured. The service was quick, efficient, and the staff was friendly. I truly appreciate the honesty and great customer care. Highly recommend this location, and definitely ask for Isaiah if you go!

  A loved one ran over some gardening sheers and we needed new tires before the next day because they were graduating in the morning. My options were limited because it was late in the day. When I called Mavis, I spoke with Nore on the phone who helped me weigh my options and find the best solution to my problem. Despite arriving only 10 minutes before they close, Nore and the team were ready to go, replaced all 4 tires and did an alignment in just under an hour! They did an excellent job and really went above and beyond to provide the best customer service.

  This place is awesome! I came in last minute to get a tire change and without a hesitation the store manager was more than willing to help me out. The technician guy who changed my tire was named Harry; let me tell you this guy is spectacular!!! He jacked my trailer up and had me back on the road in less than 20 minutes! Fantastic service at this location; I’ll definitely be back!!!

  Nore & the rest of the guys at this Mavis were beyond friendly, informative, & transparent! got me straightened out & let me know next steps to make sure my vehicle was as safe as possible even when I couldn’t afford to finance everything at once. highly recommend & will be coming back asap as long as these guys stay!!

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire in Kernersville! The staff was professional, friendly, and honest from the moment I walked in. They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair price, and got my vehicle taken care of much faster than I expected. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this team made me feel confident my car was in good hands. The customer service was top-notch, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire and maintenance needs. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable service and great people! See NORE he’s the man and will help you out.
