  These guys rock! I ran over a screw on the highway pulling a trailer and came in to get it fixed. They jumped on it ASAP. Would come back here in a heartbeat. Great team.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience here! Everyone was extremely nice, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I came in. They were also incredibly quick and had me taken care of in no time. It’s so refreshing to go somewhere that has both great customer service and efficient service. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated how kind everyone was. I will definitely be coming back for any tire needs in the future and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

  Amazing group of people! Pulled in with a bad front tire at closing time…. Very respectful group. Never complained, just pulled me in and got me all fixed up. I’m very grateful for the service and the kindness that came with it! You need tires or services Mavis Tire & brakes in Kernersville, NC is the place to go.

  The folks at this Mavis Tire location were courteous and efficient. I was able to take care of some other maintenance on my car in the same visit at a discounted price, which is always appreciated.

  *UPDATE* The same day I posted this review, I also sent an email to the customer service email that was posted on the wall at the location. I STILL have not received a reply to my email. What should have been a simple 12:00 tire appointment turned into 7.5 hours of my time over two days trying to fix mistakes made at the store. I ordered clearance tires online for $61.99 each. When I arrived, the employee told me my 205/55R16 tires were the wrong size and insisted I needed 195/55R15. I questioned him multiple times, but he was adamant that he was right, so we trusted his expertise. He then tried to put me in a completely different and more expensive tire. I pointed out that it wasn't the tire I had selected online, but I was convinced my original choice was wrong. Then, while we were on the way to lunch, the store manager called and told me the tire size the employee had recommended was actually the wrong size. The manager said he found the cheaper tire I originally wanted and would install it. When I picked up my car, I discovered that the tire I was charged for was not the tire that was installed. I selected Tire A. They installed Tire B. They charged me for Tire C. I immediately brought it up. I was told I could get a refund, but then the employee said he didn't know how to process one because their system had been updated. After waiting around and trying to get the manager involved, I was ultimately told I would have to come back the next day. I spent approximately 6 hours on Friday dealing with this and another 1.5 hours on Saturday returning to the store to finally get my refund. To be fair, the manager I dealt with was nice and apologized several times, and my complaint isn't directed at him personally. My issue is with the overall experience and the lack of attention to detail throughout the entire transaction. Mistakes happen. But being given the wrong tire size, having the tire and price changed, being charged for a tire that wasn't installed, and then spending 7.5 hours over two days getting it corrected is unacceptable. If you use this location, please check EVERYTHING before you leave: the tire size, the exact tires being installed, and your receipt. Don't assume it's correct just because you're at a tire shop.
