  Took my jeep here for an inspection. They were very kind and thorough, yet efficient. They communicated well throughout entire visit. Oh and they offer free coffee and beverages while you wait. Very nice touch. Amazing customer service! I will definitely be going back for my next service need.

  EDIT UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE AGAIN: I know what I said directly to your advisor at the counter, when I asked if I needed the timing belt replaced, but go ahead and spin this how you want. It was one of your techs in June of last year that told us they could turn the ADAS warning lights off for us! We brought the car into you on 06/10/2025 when they first went off, and it was one of your techs who told us it was one of our ADAS sensors that needs to be recalibrated. and it was a camera issue that effects things like lane assist, auto headlights, cruise control, etc. When we were there the other week one of your techs asked us what lights we were concerned about and we told him not the ADAS lights(since they already made us assume they weren't a huge concern) but the most recent ones that had popped up the A123467. So I very clearly did communicate while I was there in person what my concerns were. The other shop I will be taking my business to was able to tell me on the phone what each code meant, they took the time to listen and to explain things. So yes, we do have different expectations and communication styles, I expect for things to be explained to me and to be listened to and not brushed off, and I found the place that meets my expectations. EDIT UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: I can't respond directly so I will just update here. 1. when my husband called yesterday I was sitting right next him and he most certainly brought up the timing belt, so I am not sure why the owner is lying about that. 2. the lights for my Honda's ADAS system first went off a few months ago and we took our Honda to Genuine car care center and they told us our ADAS sensors just needed to be recalibrated and they didn't affect the safety or drivability of the vehicle and that they could be turned off if wanted, and if they were such a concern they would have been put on the invoice but they weren't. 3. No one is selling us on scare tactics but if we had just listened to Genuine car care center the belt could have eventually snapped and caused major damage to the engine. 4. as a master Honda technician he or his techs should have known that a Honda 2021 pilot uses a timing belt and code 4 means it needs to be replaced. The place I chose to actually take my Honda to was able to tell me on the phone what each code meant and what needed to be done. 5. If this is the way the owner talks to unsatisfied customers it justifies my intuition that I needed to take my business elsewhere. If you have a honda i would go somewhere else. I recently went because i had maintenance codes A123467 pop up and I wanted to know what i needed done. I did a little research before and found out code 4 can mean a timing belt change needs to happen around 100k-105k miles and my honda had around 101k. When i got the printout of recommended services nothing was explained to me, or why certain things were needed. I asked about the timing belt and the person at the desk told me I have a timing chain. After leaving I did more research and called a couple other mechanics, and I do have a timing belt. and if it's not changed around 100k-105k thousand miles the belt can snap and destroy the engine! We called today to ask why they told me 1. I had a chain and 2. why none of the timing belt maintenance was added to my invoice. They couldn't really give me a straight answer and just said that they just printed out what the computer said. So if you have a honda go to somewhere that knows what the honda codes mean, and can explain to you what actually needs to be done.
