I'd typically install a spare donut but my tires have the lug nut lock and I couldn't locate the key. Regardless, I called dispatch and provided my location, was told a driver would be there within an hour. Duke called me not long after to tell me he was en route. Duke was friendly and professional. He even let my daughter press the lever and assist in pulling my car onto the tow truck, which brought a half smile to her tween face! Nobody wants to need a tow, but if you find yourself in that situation, I very much recommend All Around Towing.

After dealing with unexpected car trouble, I managed to get my vehicle parked at home and started calling around for a tow. Most companies I reached were hours out, which was stressful..BUT All Over Towing was completely different. They had someone available nearby, and within about 20 minutes, Duke was already on his way. Duke went above and beyond from the very beginning. He called me when he was about 10 minutes away and again just a couple of minutes before arriving, which I really appreciated! It made the whole experience feel organized and reassuring. When he got there, he worked quickly and efficiently to load my car, and his professionalism was immediately clear. What truly stood out, though, was his attitude. Duke was incredibly friendly, engaging, and positive the entire time. He had a genuine smile, made conversation, and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a much more pleasant experience. He also kept me informed throughout the process and made sure I knew when my car had been safely dropped off. Reliable, prompt, and genuinely kind service like this is hard to come by. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend All Over Towing...and if you can, ask for Duke. He made a tough day so much easier. Thank you again for such exceptional service!
