- IIIZZY2 days ago1.0what has happened to this Truckstop??? it was a tremendous disappointment doing my reset here. first off the showers, waited for over 30mins nobody was being called and then finally an older gentleman shows up and we figured out the system wasn't working and nobody was there to help out. while waiting for the shower i went to use the mens restroom and it was nasty as hell paper all over the floor and all the urinals had piss all over the floor. then went to grab something to eat and i ended up taking my food out to the truck because i was spending more time swatting flies than eating. and what really pissed me off was the mint. they always left a mint for you in the shower. and now hell the towels felt like they where the one's that Love's gets rid off. sad it was the best truck stop on the east coast but not anymore...

Nobody mind you was in LINE for a shower. I waited for over 40 minutes like. Let me walk around and see what's going on. Nope, just a lazy smoke foot in the back. Folding towels without a care in the world. I have. So I went and took a shower with a case of water and my soap of choice in their parking lot.\nNow I get it , I might not spend millions of dollars here , but I do spend several thousand dollars annually , it stops now. I feel bad for the blue Beacon.Because I always get a truck Wash there , but I won't even get off this exit anymore.

The store manager Joseph and his associate Nick were kind enough to give me a boost. We made it home safe. Thank You! Definitely coming back whenever we have a road trip to Myrtle Beach.
