  This establishment is not on par for cleaning cars. The staff are young kids who don't really care, they are just doing what they were told to do...bare minimum!

  Staff is super pushy trying to upsell & a bit rude about it. My partner prefers to wash my car by hand, but I stop here every once in a while to get a basic wash and vacuum it out if he doesn’t have time to detail my car. When the employee tried to upsell me, I said “no thanks. I mostly care about being able to vacuum it out when I’m done.” He then asked me if I was sure I wanted to pay $12 just for the vacuums and muttered something under his breath as he was scanning my card when I said “yup!”. Why would you care if I’m paying $12 just to use your vacuums? I’ll do what I want with my $12. You think they wouldn’t be rude about the fact I chose to spend it here. But as I said, I do like the vacuums and most of the staff is usually polite.

  I wanted so badly to like this place. I have given them multiple chances but unfortunately same result. I arrive today and there are four people standing around and there is nobody in line. I pick the far lane and begin picking the basic carwash. The guy walks up to me and says this lane is for members only. Okay. There is signage but you can't read most of it until you are actually at the place you pay, which is where I was at when he said it. No hello, no nothing. Just this is the members side. Then I swipe my card on the kiosk to pay and it is unclear if it worked. The associate pulls out a tablet and says I have it here. Okay. So at this point, I don't know whether or not I have paid once or twice. He then says nothing and I hear a beep and the bar lifts. I assume that means I am good to move forward. No instructions, you're all set- nothing. I pull forward and the woman guiding me in is very animated and not in a good way. She wants me to turn the wheel to the right but is giving me the exact opposite directional signal and then gets mad when I follow her instructions. You told me incorrectly. Don't get angry that I followed your instructions. Then I go through the wash, no pre-rinse, nothing. I pull out of the blower area and the car is pretty much in the same condition it was to begin with. I have marks from the wash in dirt all over my vehicle and the pictures to prove it. Save your money. This has unfortunately been my experience three different times at this carwash, with today being the last. We have several of these in the city I live in, and they are all awesome. This one, for whatever reason, is not.

  I visited this location for a car wash and purchased the Premier Wash for approximately $30, which includes a tire shine feature. After going through the wash, I noticed that the tire shine was not applied. I immediately spoke with the manager, K'Ron, who informed me that the tire shine equipment was not working and that maintenance was supposed to repair it. When I asked why customers were not being informed before purchasing the Premier Wash that one of its advertised features was unavailable, he stated that they still had to sell the Premier package even though all of the included services could not be provided. He also said there was nothing he could do about it. What was most disappointing was that no effort was made to resolve the issue. I was not offered a partial refund, a discount on a future wash, or any other form of compensation for paying for a service I did not receive. This is more than poor customer service. Customers are being charged for a package that the business knows it cannot fully provide because of broken equipment. At a minimum, customers should be informed before purchasing so they can decide whether they still want that package. Because of this experience, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and any appropriate consumer protection agencies. I hope the company addresses this issue so future customers receive the services they pay for or are notified when advertised features are unavailable.
