  I visited another location a couple weeks ago and decided to try this one on the way to see my family. The crew was SO sweet, the crew is so helpful at both locations. I got the same wash as I did at the other one and it was still fantastic! Definitely going to get a membership at this site :)

  Broke the back piece of my tailgate of my truck. Went back and fourth with customer service for months and they didn’t want to claim fault. Nor help fix it. Worst experience ever. Tried to tell me that they didn’t find the pieces inside… when they did. It’s not my fault that the employee didn’t fill out the report correctly.

  Zips Car Wash truly delivers the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, and I especially want to give a huge shoutout to Krono. From the moment I arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions with patience, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. The service was fast, smooth, and my car came out looking absolutely spotless. Krono’s positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out—you can tell he genuinely cares about providing great service. This Zips Car Wash location sets the standard for what customer service should look like. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone I know.
