  I had high hopes for my encounter with Brooke, but things took a turn when she made some remarks about my little ones. Putting my almost two-month-old baby in another room just didn't feel like the best idea – seemed kinda unnecessary, if you ask me. (Which I didn’t do he can sit in his car seat ) Then my daughter had woken up from her nap and wanted her mom (me) so we go inside and start talking numbers and my daughter she’s two so can be whiny so we gave her a pen and piece of paper and let her draw and my son needed to be fed so I was feeding him and Brooke points at him and is like he’s going to have to go somewhere else so you can sign papers. No he can sit in his car seat and that’s what I said Her behavior was completely unacceptable. As we were wrapping up , she told my significant other to take them to the car, which was a bit premature. Things took a turn when my daughter gave her a drawing and she responded by saying she'd likely toss it ( which I didn’t care it was pen scratch )To make matters worse, she told me not to allow my daughter back in, which was incredibly rude. And not to mention I was told they waived the fees because I wasn’t okay with 101$ for my car so she said it could be 200$, tell me why when I got my documents it said 299$ before fees and 200 with fees ? So make it make sense. I didn’t enjoy my experience I won’t recommend this to anyone. And won’t do it again. I’ll sell it on marketplace next time.

  The whole process was quick and I received what I was quoted. Jerel Thornton was very professional and honest about the process. I would definitely use this service again if I have the need to sell a car/truck.
