  They were very friendly and talked me through every step of the process. Quick service provided after two other shops told me no to an oil service this morning. In and out in 10 mins.

  I went to your Kannapolis location today and I noticed the techs marked on my email receipt that they recommended certain things but that I declined. Not one time was anything offered nor discussed with me so how could I decline? Also, they marked that they did not check tire pressure (and to see notes). I didn't see any additional comments on this service. What would be the reason your techs wouldn't check the tire pressure on a vehicle? I looked up what is included and now I'm wondering if they even topped off fluids as well. I also am curious if your shops only carry premium, full synthetic oil? Your techs told me that is the only option when doing oil changes. I was there for an inspection and oil change since I just purchased this used car and needed it done but they just seemed like they were in a hurry to get me out of there. I'd rather them do things the right way than actually only spend 10 minutes and rush me.

  This is a great place!! The staff is friendly, and the service is fast! Plus, they offer coupons, which is AWESOME. I will definitely be back!
