  For NC State inspections, at this facility, it is first come, first serve. I was fortunate that there were no customers in front of me. I drove up, gave them the car keys, and 15 minutes later, I was driving out with a receipt and certificate of completion. All staffers were friendly and professional.

  It was a really fast and great experience. I went to get an oil change on my 30 minutes lunch break. When I say, everything was great from the time I pulled up to the end and it took at least 15 minutes only because someone else was being serviced when I pulled up. Everyone was great!
