  Clean Bathrooms, Good Staff, Clean lot. Not a lot of parking and no indoor seating. Other than that I'd park here.

  HAVE YOU READ YOUR REVIEWS PEOPLE? TRUCKERS AVOID!!! I'll put my review on Truckers Path app as well (13 year's of being a semi driver). Wow Nope! From 5/12-5/25 spent at Pilot $3,636.84 and that didn't include fueling today. I sure will not be fueling here! This morning before I even got a drink of coffee this older blonde employee that did my transaction 1088065 was as snarky as they get. What a way for a truck driver to start thier morning on Memorial Day. THANK YOU SO MUCH, BECAUSE THAT SNARKY ATTITUDE IS WHAT MY DAD LOST HIS EYE SIGHT FOR AFTER HIS MEDICAL TRUCK WAS HIT. Everyone in the med truck was k_lled but him. SO YOU COULD TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE DIRTY UNDER YOUR FEET. WAY TO GO PILOT Emplyee. Unfortunately fuel was recently changed from TA to Pilot. She couldn't get my points to work. No worries about the points, it was just one more annoyance. Not greeting your customer and then no apology for their company glitch in their system or whatever wasn't fixed in the last corporate account issue about the points. You didn't need to get snarky with me; I'll be calling corporate. Truck driver's/customers deserve better. I would have just moved on; however, I have never tried to use Pilot points before now and was looking for some understanding. Mind you she just went off about corporate and how they just keep sending them back to the cashier and they can't do anything, as she commenced cutting me off. Mind you I had spoke to corporate a few days ago because I had multiple accounts. Last night I gave this place three stars. Food was good, employees greeted people coming in the door, and bathroom clean. Garbage and windshield washer buckets taken care of. Had to take two stars because of the lot 🦎🧚‍♂️coming around to all the truckers asking 💵🫏 =🏨🧑‍⚕️💉☠. I'll put this place on my don't bother, fuel else where list. Update: Called corporate and had a productive conversation. Unfortunately stuck here over the holiday 😕. When second shift comes back in, I'll give them a try again. Hopefully the same nice people are onboard.

  Terrible. We stopped because a 6 year old had to poop. We had to use a portAjohn outside the store. It was disgusting. Next time I will let my child poop in the car then clean up afterwards if we cannot find another place first. I wanted to buy some bottled waters but was so disgusted I refused to enter the store. There is another gas station less than a mile away I would try next time I'm an emergency
