  They act like nice people in person, but at the end of the day, they are complete liars and dishonest businessmen. When I first looked at the car, the carpets were completely soaked. The guy tried to gaslight me and claim the detail guy just used too much soapy water cleaning it, but I literally had to press down on the carpet to show him it was soaked through, and I could still see hair and crumbs everywhere in the side doors—so the car wasn't even actually cleaned. They lied straight to my face about it. After I bought it, they had me driving an hour and some change out there multiple times just to get the sunroof fixed, making me call off work and lose money. They sent me to a mechanic for 'bent rims'—waiting around for 3 hours—which wasn't even the actual issue and did absolutely nothing. Their mechanic completely half-assed the sunroof job, and not even two days later my car flooded out. On top of that, they blamed the suspension and glazed rotor noises on non-existent bent rims and have been shrugging it off for weeks. Save your money and avoid buying from this place unless you want to get lied to, waste your gas and time, and end up paying $2,000 out of pocket to fix damages they tried to sweep under the rug.

  Ask for Alex, he's bilingual and knows how to simplify information, I am not very good with a lot of info but he did a great job.
