  While traveling the interstate, I detected a problem with my tires. Istopped at the Mavis Tire and Brakes in Kannapolis, NC. Michelle le and Brandon were both superb in their service and expertise. Within 20 minutes of my arrival at their store they had diagnosed the problem with my tires corrected the problem and had me on my way. I am now a Mavis customer for life

  I just want to shout out Michelle for being so attentive while also being patient through a busy morning! I came in for a tire repair but of course it’s Monday, I don’t mind waiting but she held her composure and kept the line moving! She’s great! ♥️

  Had a great experience with Rebecca and Michelle along with the entire staff. They know what they’re doing and provide discounts. I appreciate the work I had done on my brakes, rotors,& caliper. I will always return for good service and quality work! Thank you.

  Ive been here a couple of times because its closer to me. But I have not had good customer service experience. I had to ask for discounts when other locations have freely offered them without me asking. I also asked for my daughter's tires to be rotated they were not. I took her car in for a new tire because she got a nail in it. The rotation should have been done. I know it wasn't because she had a smudge on a tire where she hit a curb. That tire is still in the same place. My request was ignored.

  Had an unexpected flat on the way to Charlotte and was lucky enough to pull off on exit that was near Mavis Tire. Everyone there was so lovely and problem solved with me to get the right tire ordered. Michelle, in particular, was so lovely and helpful.
