  I had a great experience with Mavis in Kannapolis NC. I walked in there at 5pm and they were very helpful and caring. Especially Xavier at the front counter. I would recommend going there and getting Tires through him.

  I came in here and immediately was helped and supported from the start. The service was quick and the issue I thought was a flat tire but find out it’s a bad stem valve. I wasn’t charged for anything and I feel my time here was well pleasured.

  Came for a slow tire leak. They patched up good!. Customer service was amazing and Xavier was very accomdating as the rest of the crew. Took their time got me in and out Brand new place, and clean

  Came in to get my tire checked. Same tire they had just plugged last week! Unfortunately I had another screw in the tire. They were very fast at getting my car looked at. The staff were amazing, very kind and friendly!! Will definitely bring my car back here. Will also be recommending them to others that need any tire services.

  When I say I am just still speechless and so grateful for these people. Words just cannot describe. So my daughter had a blowout luckily made it to the gas station next to this location. Now being in a spot and I was at work of not knowing how I could help her at the present time and not knowing what to do. I called Mavis as soon as they picked up the phone with a very pleasant voice. I was explain the situation and was like can somebody please go and help her without any hesitation. They sent somebody to the gas station to assist her. Now with her having a newer car she's got a lock on her tires so that became a whole situation in itself. There is no key for the lock in those cars even though the dealership who I was on the phone with claims they put it back. The gentleman who is helping was able to finally get that lock off and put her spare on. When I say so beyond helpful and patient and kind, this gentleman was absolutely amazing and has no idea at that moment how much he helped me. I would recommend this place a thousand times over because quite honestly in today's world it is hard to find anybody who is willing to help somebody else and for the fact that they easily could have told me. No that's not what we do or anything. They were so quick to say yes and we're glad to help and they really don't understand how much of a godsend they were and how appreciative I am.
