  Here’s a more enthusiastic 5-star review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience! Xavier went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. From the moment I arrived, he was welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my options, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in great hands. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about providing exceptional customer service, but Xavier exceeded every expectation. His positive attitude, honesty, and dedication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell he takes pride in his work and truly values his customers. If you’re looking for outstanding service, I highly recommend asking for Xavier. He’s a huge asset to the team, and because of him, I’ll definitely be coming back.   Thank you thank you thank you for being open during this holiday weekend, especially on Friday the day before. I want to highly recommend Rebecca who was the receptionist womaning the front. Mad respect to you queen! Very knowledable and great hospitality. I really appreciated the honesty and the empathy I was given today. I will definitely be coming back here whenever I'm in Kannapolis. The service was good, fast and very welcoming. I also appreciate the type of people there. I didn't feel judged or ostracized. So, if you need auto repair needs in Kannapolis, I definitely recommend them and I also appreciate the warranties given. Will keep yall at your word if anything happens. I recommend Rebecca as employee of the year! And a very strong thank you from Ray who was the mechanic who worked on my car today. Thank you to you and your team for really making my day.

  I bought four new tires at a different Mavis a few months ago. This one opened and is closer to my house so I brought it in for a tire rotation (to keep the warranty). They got me in right away. Everyone I talked to was very nice. The facility is clean. The lobby could use some music, but maybe corporate doesn’t allow that. My only complaint is the men’s restroom has really bad water pressure at the sink. It was just a small stream. Made it had to wash your hands. I forgot to mention it to the front desk person so I wanted to include it here. Side note: I went back later the same day to get a different vehicle inspected but learned they haven’t been open long enough for the state to allow them to do inspections. They should be doing inspections the next time I need one.

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis thanks to Xavier! He was friendly, professional, and made the entire tire repair process quick and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything, answered my questions, and had me back on the road in no time. It's refreshing to receive such honest, efficient, and outstanding customer service. Xavier truly went above and beyond, and I'll definitely be returning to Mavis for any future tire or auto service needs. Highly recommend asking for Xavier!

  I had a great experience at Mavis! They gave me very high-quality tires at a fantastic price. Their waiting room was exceptional. Except for the fact that they didn’t have coffee, but you can’t have everything- lol But- They are right next to a gas station where you can get coffee and every other snack that you desire! The tables are outfitted with plugs so you can plug in your devices, work and attend meetings or watch your favorite programs The staff was great, they kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle, they let me know what else I needed now or would need in the future. They were very helpful!
