  This specific enterprise in kannapolis NC is horrible and I will never be renting from that location again from their lack of selection of vehicles after you reserve one online and they never have the car you reserved unless you reserve a mini van which they have a surplus available. This has happened on multiple occasions and the last rental i received was dirty and had not been cleaned or sanitized in which they had me wait in the store for 20 min for them to clean. It was not a please experience and i refuse to ever deal with them again.

  Great service and reliable car rental. The car given was a newer body style and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

  We booked a car online and placed a credit card on file. We had no idea that you had to pick up at the PRECISE hour . We came within the hour and the agent there non chanlantly said “ you weren’t here right at 9am so I rented the car to someone else “. Never in my life or renting cars have I ever heard of this process . I’m calling corporate actually to inquire . Very unprofessional .

  I made a reservation but couldn’t get the car I needed. They rescheduled me but no one reached out to me, I have to call to find out what was going on. Another guy told me he was waiting on another car being dropped off and he’ll call me to pick it up but no follow-up. I have been a Customer since 2016. I have been treated good but not recently. Also had another rental couple of weeks ago and the car had a humming noise at high speed and called to switch to another and the guy told me it was all good. I didn’t enjoy the ride at all because of the noise.
