  Amazing service, I had a school project where I had to reach out and ask about battery cleaning, one of the Employees, Brandon V. Was very helpful and showed me the steps, also recommended me a ratchet and socket set at a reasonable price!

  Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism at this Kannapolis location. I waited 20 minutes while an employee stayed on a phone call, no hello or one moment. To make matters worse, they claimed their diagnostic tool was broken. It’s clear they just didn't want to do the work. Save yourself the headache and go straight to Advance Auto Parts, they were much more helpful and confirmed this is a recurring excuse from the AutoZone staff

  I only leave reviews for good. Excellent service. This Autozion was CLEAN THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY ATTENTIVE. from walking in ✔️ and walking out ✔️ we was in a state of an emergency our company do executive protection for some high profile professional clients needed a new battery for my GMC Blackout Denali the Manger of the store Silbestre greet it me with a smile welcome to Autozion i reply thank you sir I need a battery REALLY QUICK he responded without hesitation, I got you. We switch the battery out in 5 minutes picking up clients from airport on time with out any issues thanks to the store manager silberstre I will be in contact with the Regional, and District, manager to make sure they take care of this guy he was awesome it just nice to be nice to Pepole will be returning to this Autozione if he is there

I called just 30 minutes before closing, and Chino assured me he would have everything ready for pickup by the time I arrived. Our team had already been on the road for 12 hours today, and Chino made this stop stress-free. Not only did he follow through, but he also double-checked that I was satisfied with every single item he pulled. His team matched his professionalism and friendly attitude, making the whole experience seamless and stress-free. With so many parts stores around, it’s this kind of exceptional service that makes AutoZone our go-to shop for all of our business fleet needs.
