- JDJerry DockhamJul 3, 20261.0Tech did not show up at designated time. Did not clean windshield after installation. Smudge marks on windshield and around the rear view mirror. Very hard to get off. Won’t be surprised if it leaks. No rain or car wash yet. Will use Paff’s Auto Glass next time!

Lance has been my technician each time, and he’s great. Very helpful and goes the extra mile. Hopefully I don’t have to visit them again anytime soon; but I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Dropped my car off first thing in the morning (took off work to to do) with the understanding it would be done in a few hours. 5 trips total driving 30 minutes each way for it not to be ready.it was ready the next day. I get it, things get busy but getting automated texts that contradicted each other and didn’t match what I was getting from in person common is frustrating. I won’t be returning.
