  Very happy with the replacement but anything is better than riding with a cracked windshield 🤭 I would definitely recommend Safelite to anyone considering using the service. My technician (I think it was Dillon) informed me of the whole process and it was so quick! Glad SF had them as a recommendation for repairs.

  Besides the best price I found available and great quality.. The tech sent out was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and could hold a conversation that made you comfortable about the entire process.

  Incredible job on our vehicles can’t see the crack or the big circle where the rock hit the windshield I liked that they came to our office for the two vehicles- made juggling staff and our deliveries so much easier!

  This is the third time I’ve used a Safelite. The first two times were for Stone marks and windshields that were repaired before the windshield could crack. This third time the windshield was actually leaking with age of the car and at 170,000 miles I thought it would be best to just replace it and enjoy a new windshield without 170 miles of pebble dings and road debris. For a CLS 550 Mercedes the $300 was perfect. Did not file with insurance.

  This was without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had with any vehicle. First, the technician damaged the replacement glass where my safety systems couldn't be calibrated. An employee tried to have me sign a waiver that waived any responsibility if this caused a wreck, despite the fact that it was caused by Safelite. He wouldn't give my keys back until a manager presumably told him they can't force you to sign that waiver. I rescheduled an appointment to have the system recalibrated, only to be told at the appointment that the entire glass would have to be replaced again, which wasn't mentioned previously. After spending two half days at the shop, the lane keep assist that was supposedly recalibrated was still trying to pull me off the road, and my humidity sensor was improperly functioning to where my car only goes into defrost. I was supposed to receive a call back to have a dealership authorization approved, but never received one. It is also impossible to reach the shop and I am only met with an AI assistant.
