Suction on my right side vaccum non-existent and needed because left hand one not reach - even a subcompact car. Will NOT revisit this location. Staff was pleasant.

Luckily they have a covered area that helped on a hot sunny day. Parked in a spot that allowed me to use vacuums from both sides. Vacuum suction was great! The free microfiber towels were awesome. They were all damp and allowed me to easily get the sunscreen off the seats.

I give it only 4 stars because I drive a truck and their machine doesn't do the back bumper very well. My car it does really well overall, but lacks a little for my truck. I really like that there are parking spaces available with vacuum cleaners, towel and cleaning stations. This allows you to finish cleaning the inside of your vehicle after they have done the outside. With the monthly membership you can wash your vehicle once a day, each day of the month if desired all for the membership price. Overall, I am very pleased and plan on continuing my monthly membership. Good job Whistle Express!

He initially told me no. I explained that my membership was unlimited, but he argued that it was not. I then asked him to run my tags, and after doing so, it showed that I was allowed to go through the car wash again.
