- DEDown East5 days ago1.0This one on Western Boulevard and Commercial Road is the worst one I’ve been to of all these. The vaccumms don’t pick up anything they were out of towels and cleaner. This is the third time I’ve been here in the last two weeks and every time it’s something, especially the vacuums.

As a manager, I expected him to communicate respectfully and make a genuine effort to assist me.

We had to take towels and spray to get it to somewhat decent looking. Also the dry brush at the end only hit the front grill of car then stopped. No Hurricane air at all for drying. Horrible experience.

If they do they don’t have much suction. They never have the chemicals available to disinfect and do your windows. there’s never any washcloths available and one entire side of the vacuums completely does not work at all. I’ve always had multiple issues with this car wash, and they always seem to have some kind of out of order situation between the wash itself or the equipment. Absolutely ridiculous.
