Immediately they tried to upsale me on windshield wiper blades saying it would fail inspection because of them. Originally new wipers were recommended by them then said it would fail based on inspectors discretion. I had replaced the blades myself a month prior. Same thing with the cabin air filter said it needed replace but had recently been replaced. I told them if they were going to try and rip me to take it off the rack and I’d take my service elsewhere. They said they had already drained the oil which I doubt because it had only been parked for 2 minutes. Ultimately paid for an oil change after I told them I was taking my business elsewhere due to their shady practices. They didn’t even reset the oil maintenance monitor on the dash. Do not use this place unless you want to be ripped off. Took vehicle to another shop and passed vehicle inspection without issue.

- RHRoni HarrisJul 21, 20261.0They overfilled my oil tank and costed me 1,700 dollars worth of damage. Had to take it to the dealership to fix the repair. My left engine mount was broken . Between labor the diagnostic and parts it ran me almost 2grand . The area manager Brandon lied about doing his job and finding out what happened the day I came in for the oil change. He got mad at the employee that was trying to help me with getting in contact with him. Extremely unprofessional and highly not recommended. They will not take responsibility and management is horrible. Me and my finance have been waiting almost 2 weeks for a response for the claim we filled with supervisor Brandon and Lancaster of the Marine blvd location!!! We had to call cooperate and go above their head because we still haven’t heard anything. Please be careful with these people they will not take care of your be properly. How do you specialize in oil changes and mess up someone vehicle and then don’t respond back to the customer !!! That’s kind of funny because no one contacted me from cooperate. I was told it would 2 days since I filled another claim with cooperate this morning!! If you really interested in investigating my claim number is Cs3231109. Last name Bryant. I understand your job is to make the company you work for look good but don’t lie or give false information Harly. This review has been edited since the “owners” reply !!
