They took the time to educate me about the importance of a timely change and notified me when I would be needing a new air filter (another 20k miles or so). Tony also made sure the mileage for the next oil change was set in my vehicle so I would be notified. It was super helpful.

I was promptly greeted (before I even stepped out of my vehicle in the parking lot) with a smile and a cold bottle of water. The inspection took less than 15 minutes, in and out. Tyrone, my technician, was friendly and professional, as well as the younger employee who greeted me at my vehicle. Easiest and quickest vehicle inspection I've ever experienced! I chose Strickland Brothers because of their high ratings, and I couldn't have made a better decision. Top notch in my book. Highly recommended!
- LGLynsey G3 days ago1.0I hate to write this review as I normally have a great experience at Strickland Brothers, but my last visit left me completely dissatisfied. On 5/14, I got an oil change ahead of a 14-hour road trip. The next morning, I heard a loud noise under my car and took it to Valvoline to get checked. They discovered that the Strickland technician had left my oil drain plug loose and actively leaking, and failed to put the bolts back into my splash shield, causing it to drag on the road. If I hadn't caught this immediately, my engine easily could have seized up on the highway during my trip. This level of negligence is unacceptable and could have cost me my vehicle. I will not be returning.
