  I went for an oil change and inspection. Everything was fine except that they tried to do something with the settings on my dash and now it does not show the speed I am going it is stuck on trip mode.

  My son and I had just arrived to Jacksonville from Winchester VA when my tire warning went off. It was late, 6:50pm and we had happened to be right next to Mr. Tire. I saw they closed at 7pm. I was a panic. I had an important meeting in the AM and my tire was going flat. Man, Jacoby the gentleman that helped me at the counter, took me in right away, even though they were about to close. I did not get the Technicians name, but in 15 minutes, they had my tire fixed!!! A piece of metal was stuck in my tire. Needless to say, I was so appreciative of Jacoby and your team for fixing my tire. Awesome service!!! I thank you! Please give a huge kudos to Jacoby and your team!! Jason Calenzo

  Went in to get A brake flush was in and out within an hour Very friendly and professional Staff I've had other work done before also bought new tires it's hard these days to find trustworthy shops and techs Other than the dealership Mr Tire Gets my business

  This is the second time I’ve been to this location and they’ve taken me right away! In-and-Out within 20 minutes. Also great service and very welcoming.

  I got $1800 worth work done That was 4 brand new falcon tires alignment and synthetic oil change and a belt put on my A.C compressor.They put on the wrong belt came back and they corrected the problem they get 5stars because they took accountability instead of trying to recharge me for the labor I would say that shows great integrity.
