  We had a great experience at Mr. Tire! The staff was so nice, friendly, and welcoming. They provided excellent service, and their prices were great! It’s always nice to find a business where you feel respected and taken care of. We will definitely recommend Mr. Tire to anyone looking for great service at a great price!!

  I came here after my tire warning light came on. They told me all four tires were bad, needed to be replaced within a week or they could blow out, and it was made to seem like a great deal that I wouldn’t find this price anywhere else. Before spending that kind of money, I got a second opinion. I went to Tire Country and they said only two tires were slightly worn and they still lasted me another year. That made me question why I was told I urgently needed all four replaced. It left me feeling pressured into something that wasn’t actually necessary. I’ve been going to Mr. Tire for years and have never had an experience like this before. It also wasn’t my usual guy who I always see it was someone else. I’d definitely recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to expensive work.

  They have lost my trust. They're TAKING ADVANTAGE of WOMEN CUSTOMERS and largely overcharging. New Management is no longer trustworthy. New front desk guy J…. is cunning; kind but lacking integrity. Have had to return my cars due to incomplete maintenance after paying $700+. This has now happened multiple times with my serviced vehicles. I have given them extra chances but have quietly taken note. Not to mention, they have recently bought a slew of fake positive google reviews & a foreign answering service to divert from their lack of honesty in pricing and labor costs adding to their low ethics. I have been going here a long time and quietly taken notes. They’re no longer under trustworthy management. Just avoid this place. (I tell everyone I know to avoid this place since my latest experience and will continue to do so.)

  The service manager Andrew went out of his way to help us. We were on vacation and had a drill bit in our tire. He was not able to fix it at his shop and explained why he couldn’t. Even though they did not have our custom size tire in stock, he called around to other shops to see who had one to get us back on the road and back to Ohio. I would highly recommend the entire staff at Mr. Tire, especially Andrew to anyone.
