  Routine maintenance and diagnosis of the noise I had been hearing was quickly, and it appears accurately, performed. Repair took a while but was finished quicker than projected. The only negative was that cleaning was being performed on the floors, etc and the chemicals being used affected my allergies and I had trouble breathing. But hey, that's just me.

  Edit: Thank you to Nick for resolving this issue. Had an appointment scheduled for service , the system " dropped" the appointment but got told to show up at the time anyway and there would be no issues and after waiting 2 hours , they still didnt even start working on our car because " customers with appointments take priority first" even though we had an appointment. After waiting over 2 hours we left without getting our vehicle serviced.
