  Visiting Jacksonville from out of state and in need of an oil change. Stopped into Moore Buick-GMC hoping they could accommodate me without an appointment. EVERYONE in the service department could not have been nicer. Did not want to worry about driving all the way home with a warning light on and the folks at Moore were happy to help me out. Special thank you 🙏 to Dena, my service advisor, for taking care of us. This is Buick service at its best!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Moore GMC. The staff came across as extremely unprofessional and snobby from the moment I walked in. Instead of feeling welcomed as a potential customer, I felt judged and brushed off. Communication was poor, questions were answered with attitude, and overall customer service was absolutely awful. I would not recommend Moore GMC based on my experience. I would recommend Trent GMC in New Bern NC the complete opposite of Moore GMC. Service was spectacular ask for Tyler at Trent!!!

  Sales is great. I highly recommend Mr. Larvell to all friends and family, and anybody readying this to purchase a vehicle from here. HOWEVER. Service is a bit lack-luster. I was told via phone call my truck would be next in line, ready to be picked up by 5:30 (dropped off at 11am) after completion of my oil change and tire rotation. I show up at 5:29, via the courtesy of a friend willing to drive 35-40 mins, and I am told that my vehicle would be done the following morning, and that they finished up for the day. After some back and forth, I told them to just do the oil change and I’ll rotate the tires myself. As someone who works in the industry, I understand the length of time it may take to get my vehicle in, I don’t question that. However, telling me it will be done and then upon my arrival telling me it will be done tomorrow is not acceptable for business. All being said, I’d be willing to give them another chance, which hopefully turns out better than this time around.
