Daniel was professional when I came in for a flat tire repair. He got me set up in a timely manner. Nick checked my tire for leaks, checked my valve stem, and rim. They found no leaks or anything wrong with the tire. They were honest and even filled up my tire with air. Some shops would try to sell you something else since you’re already there to generate income but they were super up front and honest which is hit or miss with today’s society.
Nick at Mavis Tires provided excellent car maintenance service! He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. I really appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommend Nick for anyone looking for honest and reliable automotive service!
Extremely disappointed with the service, pricing, and management at Mavis.A friend recently took her car here and experienced a total lack of professionalism. She went in for a basic oil change and brakes, which ballooned into needing a new tire, shocks, and "bad" lug nuts. To make matters worse, they kept the car way past the promised time because her assigned mechanic took a few days off. Why is a car sitting helpless just because one employee is off? That is a massive management failure. On top of the awful communication, their markups are predatory.
They charged over $600 for a $250 alternator.
Unorganized leadership, terrible turnaround times, and severe overcharging. Avoid this location.

Went in for a tire rotation/alignment, and after the inspection, they recommended that I replace my shocks and struts. I went ahead and had the shocks and struts replaced by them the very next day and paid quite a bit of money.
Immediately after leaving, I started hearing a clanking noise while driving, so I brought the car back the next day. They checked it and told me everything they had replaced was secured properly. They then recommended replacing the transmission and engine mounts, which they said would cost over $1,000.
Before spending even more money, I decided to get a second opinion from another shop. They found that the bolts on my shocks/struts had not been tightened properly and fixed the issue for me.
Everyone at the first shop seemed nice, but unfortunately, I don’t feel confident in the quality or accuracy of their work. The whole experience was a hassle with all the back and forth and constantly having to bring my car in because of new issues. I almost spent another $1,000+ on repairs that I didn’t need when the clanking issue was actually related to the work they had already done. Because of this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this shop.
Went in for an alignment and an inspection. I have never felt more comfortable in a shop than I did with Summer. She knew her information and so helpful. They are true to their inspections and the alignment, well other things popped up that legitimately needed my attention more but it is in the near future. To all my ladies who find it hard for someone to listen to your concerns and comments, go here. Hands down.
