  A huge thank you to Chris!!! I've had work done several times with his expertise knowledge and friendly service. He was patient with all my questions, and he explained things in a way which I understood. He showed me the issues and how each service needed would help improve our Wrangler's performance. Chris is why I only go to the Gum Branch location. The last work he did recently was brakes, brake fluid flush, power steering flush, alignment and speed sensor replacement. The jeep hasn't driven so well in YEARS! Don't let me forget to mention that the cost was very reasonable and that was a huge relief! Thanks Chris! We will be back!!!!

  Chris was amazing. I went in for an alignment on my Toyota Avalon and my tires were wearing pretty bad. He looked over everything found the issue and also advised me that the wrong lug nuts were wrong on the tire those were replaced and I was good to go. It was an amazing Stress-free And quick experience! Chris explained everything to me very thoroughly and gave me multiple quotes so I had different price ranges to work with!

  I recently learned that the tire store I pass all the time, is not just a tire store. I needed a NC inspection for my registration and found that Mavis Tire does that and is very conveniently located near me. Not only was it a great location - the people there were friendly, and knowledgeable. After my car got some much needed attention, I was left knowing where I'll bring her again. Yes, I said her - my car is Alice. If you want to drive away feeling safer and confident you got the best service - I would recommend Mavis Tire on Gum Branch Rd. Thanks Jordan! ...and the other wonderful employees.

  Hands down the best tire shop experience I’ve ever had. The staff was professional, fast, and actually honest about what my car needed instead of trying to upsell me. They got me in and out quicker than expected, prices were fair, and my car drives smoother than ever now. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. If you need tires, alignment, or any tire repair, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!”

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on Gum Branch Dr. In Jacksonville thanks to Kevin and Chris D. My son was in the process of purchasing a used car, and they took the time to thoroughly inspect not just one, but two different vehicles for us. They truly went above and beyond by being honest, patient, and extremely thorough in explaining any issues they found. Their professionalism and genuine concern helped us avoid potential problems and ultimately gave us the confidence to purchase a safe and reliable car for my son. It’s hard to find people you can trust when making a purchase like a vehicle, and Kevin and Chris D. made the entire process so much less stressful. We are incredibly grateful for their help and highly recommend this location!
