  Do not use this Lenord dealer, I called to order Dr some stuff and have them put it on, 3 plus month still waiting, originally said 2 weeks. Never received and call backs and I have called multiple times. Just called and manager seemed like he could care less and started making excuses. Just called the Wilmington and New Bern stores both said they keep it in stock and just need to schedule couple days out. Do not use Jacksonville, NC store

  My experience at Leonard Truck Outfitters was excellent, especially because of the customer service. The lady working at the front desk was friendly, professional, and very helpful. She made us feel welcome right away and took the time to assist us with everything we needed. Customer service like this really makes a difference. A courteous and positive attitude at the front counter helped make the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. Overall, the interaction left a great impression and is the main reason I’m giving Leonard Truck Outfitters five stars. I truly appreciate the level of service provided and would gladly recommend them to others.

  I had an excellent experience with Leonard Trailer Sales. Chad was amazing—very knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made everything easy to understand. I’m also very happy with the financing options and how smoothly everything was handled. The quality of service was exceptional from start to finish. I highly recommend Leonard Trailer Sales and especially Chad if you’re looking for a great buying experience.

  The staff is knowledgeable about their products and do everything they can to assist their customers. I highly recommend this company and particularly the Jacksonville store. Would shop here again.
