  Clarification is definitely needed here. We are giving Shaqueal and the only other person back in the detail bay 5 stars. These 2 gentlemen did an amazing job operating this location ALONE. There is an Enterprise Truck Rental at the same location and the person riding that desk did nothing to assist the car rental employees AT ALL. Shaqueal kept a calm, efficient, professional and steady head on his shoulders while having to turn away customers because more reservations were made than cars actually available at this location. This isn't the only time we have rented from this location and Shaq has been great every time. Nor is it the only time the online offers have exceeded availability. This employee has proven to hold this location together more than once when we have rented a vehicle. EXCELLENT JOB SHAQ!! On a reservation level, we reserved a truck and used debit as the form of payment. Enterprise doesn't rent trucks unless you use a credit card and doesn't tell you this when they accept the form of payment online. Just FYI

  Don’t be surprised if there isn’t a car for you even though you made a reservation. Worst part is that you have to call them to find out it’s cancelled, they won’t bother calling you.

  I made a reservation for a luxury vehicle pickup 21 May, 2026 @ 12:00. i received a call on the 20th saying they don't have the vehicle in stock and will call me before my pickup time and update me if they can fulfill my reservation or not. I received no call on the 21st and decided to just go to the store, once there an employee told me they will call me shortly with a choice of vehicles i can choose from to replace the vehicle in my reservation. i received no call and had to drive back to the location 10 minutes before closure just to barely be given a car. I set the reservation for a decent time for me to hit the road and completely missed that hit time due to this mess up.
