  I want to shout out Shaq and Ian for being super helpful while I had a rental from my insurance company. Shaq had the car delivered to me at the body shop and when I needed an extension helped me with that as well. I would definitely recommend this location. Thanks again Shaq and Ian!

  I came there needing some paperwork straightened out and the gentleman at the national counter help me I have been misinformed at the other Enterprise in Jacksonville but between him and the other store I got it straightened out so definitely five stars for customer service

  I’m very disappointed, they need to have better communication with the websites they allow people to use their company with through third-party websites. I booked a car several weeks ago, which they didn’t even have when I showed up 20 minutes early. I used expedia, which I assumed and always heard was a reliable website, but apparently neither of these companies are reliable or upfront and truthful. The price expedia gave me for a car was about $320, and they charged me an $80 insurance fee just to book the car, and if I don’t get that back I will be even more angry. I was expecting to pay about that amount at enterprise, the total of $320-330, but when we arrived, they gave us the run around, told us we couldn’t usually use a debit at first, so our scrambling began a bit, then, after the man, who was albeit very friendly, brought out a different car, which I didn’t care too much about but found that a bit strange, and then after trying to set everything up and having us wait for another 20 minutes, informed us that there would be an ADDITIONAL $300 charge that was just a “hold” for being an out of state driver. Everyone I’ve asked that has ever rented a rental car said they’ve never heard of a hold charge that large. I’ve never heard of a hold charge for a rental car that massive either. To boot, the confirmation emails I got from expedia said absolutely NOTHING about the fees not matching up. I don’t care who’s mess up this was, if it was the third party’s or whatnot, but any professional business needs to be sure that the websites they allow people to rent their cars from match the prices and policies at time of pickup. This left my fiancée and I totally scrambling in a foreign state we’d never been to, trying to figure out how the hell we were going to get where we needed to go. Thank god we had the money for an uber, because at the time we certainly did not have close to $600 to just drop when we were told we would pay half that price. Super disappointed in the lack of communication and the misleading information. This should be EXPLICITLY CLEAR once you book your car, but of course, all these companies are simply money hungry and will do anything to make a sale, even lying about the price. I don’t appreciate being lied to after traveling all the way down to North Carolina from Massachusetts. I will never be contacting or renting from enterprise again, and I will tell every single person and website that will listen that this is a total scam. Do better. Don’t let people get stranded when they get to a foreign state. This messed up our WHOLE vacation. All of our plans had to be shifted or changed completely. You people need to communicate with your third party websites better if you’re going to be renting YOUR CARS ON THEIR WEBSITE. Absolutely asinine. I assume they thought they could pull a fast one on us because we are younger. DO NOT RENT HERE UNLESS YOU WANT HIDDEN CHARGES TO POP UP LAST MINUTE.
