  1 star because the whole process felt like a waste of time. I understand that online offers can change after inspection, but offering $15k for a vehicle that shows around $22k trade-in on KBB was already far too low. Then after more discussion the offer suddenly became $18k. I was actually ready to make a deal around $20k. The biggest issue wasn’t even the number, it was the time wasted. I had already visited two dealerships the same day, got offers of $18,500 and $19,000, and each visit took maybe 5 minutes. Here I spent over an hour for basically the same result. The car has no major issues and is properly maintained. Disappointed with the experience and definitely expected a more efficient process.
