I visited today for an oil change, and I had a great experience. The manager, Jordan, was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. He also took the time to check my battery and let me know that it was almost dead, which was very helpful and gave me peace of mind. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and professionalism. Thank you, Jordan, for your help

An oil change coupon that I pulled up on their website was scanned but didn’t go through. The tech never said anything. I realized it after I got home and looked at the invoice receipt. I wouldn’t go back there

My opinion of this location has been formed over two separate visits. The first, I pulled in for an oil change, sat in my car for 25 minutes and not a single person greeted me, spoke to me, directed me, nothing. So I left and went somewhere else. Today, I wanted to stop for an oil change on my way home from work and figured I would try this location again. When I pulled in at 6:52 I could hear the employees yelling “NO! NO! OH MY GOD! NO!” And laughing with each other. And I’m not exaggerating when I say that they were yelling. I could hear them around the building from inside my car. I’ll admit, I wasn’t aware that they closed at 7. But still, they don’t close UNTIL 7. To yell down a customer to discourage them from patronizing your business because they’re coming close to closing is crazy customer service. So once again, I immediately turned around and I left. No way in hell I’m letting people who so clearly don’t want my business to touch my car. I will not be back and I would honestly encourage anyone thinking of coming here to try a different location.

More expensive the the local Ford Dealer and, after leaving I realized that several items on the safety check list were marked "Not Done." They didn't even check tire pressure. With a $20 coupon the full synthetic oil change was $110. Also, it's clearly marked that they reset the oil indicator light. If that's the case, why do I only have 39% left to go. If they are charging that amount and promise a list of services, one would expect to get those services. They didn't do the basic stuff. First and last time they will get my business.
