  With all the building and construction in the Charlotte area, it seems that nails follow my SUV around. In the past couple of years I’ve had at least 6 flats caused by nails. This last flat just happened to be a screw that broke off in my tire. I set up an appointment with Mr Tire on Independence Blvd near my home and they called me back in like 15-20 minutes. That made me happy because I needed to drive to Virginia that day. They confirmed that I could bring the vehicle right away. When I walked in the door no one was at the front desk, but a young man walked up in less than 5 minutes; as if they’d been waiting for their most important customer. He took my keys and told me that it would take about a half hour. He drove my car around to the back. He was back with it within 20-25 minutes. The price was reasonable (a pleasant surprise in this day and age). He told me about the other services they offer and said come back anytime. And I love it when a business tells me to have a nice day. I will definitely be seeing them again.

  I was told my oil change would take 45 minutes to an hour, but it went on to 2 hours. This was no problem, but just would have appreciated open communication about what was going on behind the scenes as this was my first oil change with this car. I showed up after an hour and a half to be told it would be a few more minutes. I'd rather be told a longer time then to come back too early and potentially make them rush. After the oil change, I had a new oil leak in the driveway. I returned to their location to have it fixed the following day. I was told the residue was cleaned but no other problems were seen (no oil leak). Just would have appreciated the honesty that a piece was tightened or replaced as when I returned home the leak magically stopped. Not trying to be any type of way, but just would have appreciated the honesty, especially being a female customer.

  They were extremely knowledgeable, from the customer service Associate at the desk to the techs. 5 star service. Pricing is excellent as well, great promotion going on where you get a free tire rotation with an oil change. Everyone treated me as a neighbor in the community and will spread the word about the great auto center located next to Popeyes on 74! You guys rock!

  Called early to make an appointment and booked the last slot 6-7pm. Received 2 texts confirming my appointment, and spoke to 2 separate representatives on the phone confirming my appointment. Drove to the location and was told I have no existing appointment. Waste of time and gas.

  Made an appointment online. Got a quick turn around time. Dropped off vehicle, got a call with a diagnosis within half an hour. They gave me estimate and within three hours job was done. Very professional and very accommodating!! Will definitely use Mr Tire again!!
