  The shop was open on the 4th, the guys still had a great attitude. Needed some work done while I was off work. Will definitely be back for any maintenance.

  I traveled to Charlotte from Holden beach nc for a weekend trip. I got a flat on the way down there and plugged it temporarily. I went on sat to get four new tires. The service as far as the installation, timely manor, and tire type was great. However when I was finally able to clean the truck there was a lot of grease all over the rims and scratches around the outer edge of the rim on all four tires. It took almost an hour to get all of the grease off and unfortunately there is nothing I can do for the scratches. There was also a substance on the inside of the window that when I tried to clean has spread all of the window. It is the same type substance as the grease. I will have to get the window retinted because the window is now extremely hard to see out of and after two hours I will can not get it off the window. For $1200 I would assume a better clean up and care should have been taken. Because of this I would not recommend this place nor would I ever go back. I would hope that you treat other customers in a manor that they do not have to clean up after you the way I did!

  With all the building and construction in the Charlotte area, it seems that nails follow my SUV around. In the past couple of years I’ve had at least 6 flats caused by nails. This last flat just happened to be a screw that broke off in my tire. I set up an appointment with Mr Tire on Independence Blvd near my home and they called me back in like 15-20 minutes. That made me happy because I needed to drive to Virginia that day. They confirmed that I could bring the vehicle right away. When I walked in the door no one was at the front desk, but a young man walked up in less than 5 minutes; as if they’d been waiting for their most important customer. He took my keys and told me that it would take about a half hour. He drove my car around to the back. He was back with it within 20-25 minutes. The price was reasonable (a pleasant surprise in this day and age). He told me about the other services they offer and said come back anytime. And I love it when a business tells me to have a nice day. I will definitely be seeing them again.
