  Shout out the entire team here! I had a very small ding in the door repair but they went above and beyond on getting it fixed AND when I went to pick up my car they had transformed my mom Tahoe into a car that I would want to buy, INSIDE and out! What a surprise to pick up a car that was sparkling inside and I didn't even ask for it. Y'all are doing it right, thank you!

  Do not use this place!! My repair completion date has been pushed back three times. I would do zero stars if possible. They are not worth the one star. Edit- Someone has reached out. They were very apologetic and trying to make things right. My car is ready, and I am picking it up Monday. As long as everything is good I will be glad to change this. The two guys I have talked to were awesome. The girl at the front desk not so much. I asked what the hold up was and she really told me nothing. However when I called back the guy took the time to explain what happened.

  I had a fantastic experience with the Gerber collision repair center located in Indian Trail. From start to finish, everything exceeded expectations. The turnaround time was faster than originally estimated, which was a pleasant surprise.
