- SFSteve Filippi3 days ago1.0The Enterprise location at 13711 E Independence Blvd in Indian Trail was very poorly run and very inefficient. What made things more irritating is that when a friend of one of the employees walked in he received a rental car ahead of several of us that had been waiting in the office. I recommend selecting a different Enterprise location

- BHBryan HicksJul 1, 20261.0The car was a complete Piece of crap it was dirty it was beat on it was total disappointment when I ask for a different vehicle I was told they would call me back and never did I could have went down the road to Rent-A-Wreck and got better service and at least as good a car.

Enterprise dropped the ball big time. They said there were some at different locations but didn't even offer to bring one of those to their Indian Trail location. Poor customer service.

After 5-7 minutes of waiting for the worker to look on his computer, he told me they didn’t have a car for me. I was shocked. I had a reservation. No one had called me to let me know. No warning. This was a huge inconvenience. They had no excuse that they could provide for why they did not call me. My wife had to turn around. We were late to my birthday dinner. It was now after-hours for the local rental car places so I couldn’t get an alternate. I ended up making a 1.5 hour round trip drive to the Charlotte airport to get a rental car, again on my birthday because this location did not fulfill their part of the agreement to have a rental car for me. This place is a joke.
