  Customer friendly employees and good selection of cars to pick from. Was once provided a smoker's car, but the team promptly switched it once we pointed it out.

  Please make sure you collect all of your personal belongings before returning your rental vehicle. Unfortunately, I learned this lesson the hard way. Yesterday, after returning my rental car, I realized I had accidentally left my company’s Shark vacuum cleaner on the floor behind the back seat. As soon as I remembered, I turned around and drove back to the location. Less than 10 minutes had passed since I returned the vehicle. When I informed the representative about the forgotten item, I was told they could not find it. I explained that I had just returned the vehicle and that the vacuum should still be exactly where I left it. Despite this, I waited nearly two hours while employees continued to insist it was nowhere to be found. At that point, I called the police and requested a non-emergency dispatch to report a potentially lost or stolen item. An officer responded to the location and began discussing the situation with the staff. Remarkably, it was only after the police became involved that my missing vacuum cleaner was suddenly "found." This was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. The fact that an item returned less than 10 minutes after vehicle drop-off could not be located until law enforcement became involved raises serious concerns about how this situation was handled. I expected a much higher level of professionalism and customer service. Instead, I spent nearly two hours trying to recover an item that should never have been difficult to locate. I am very disappointed with this location and will never rent from here again.

  Convenient location and great service. The associates are always respectful and make efforts to see that the customers are satisfied.

  In the midst of a very trying day, a very kind young lady at the Indian Trail location was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to get extra information to scale a stressful situation. I will find the paper I wrote her name on and leave another review.

  The absolute nightmare. The Toyota Rav4 that was rented to us smelled of vomit anytime you recycled the air in the car,HUGE hole in driver floorboard and the maintian engine light on. No manager to be found 1 minute he's at Firestone then lunch in less than 5 minutes time. Do not please do yourself a favor do not rent from this location.
