  I would like to give them a better review but when you refuse to perform service that a customer requests I can't recommend or use that business anymore. I requested a tire rotation as I purchased tires approximately 7000 miles ago and they refused. They stated I had the rotated in November. I have never had my vehicle here. Not sure how they would have a record of something that never occurred. 30 years in the automotive business and I was told they knew better than me. I guess they don't need my business anymore. They also showed me a clean air filter and said it was time to change it. I hope the franchise owner or corporate sees this.

  Jonny and his team are rock stars. Jonny, Angel and Victor got my oil changed in under 10 minutes and I felt no pressure to get any services like I sometimes do at other car places. As a women this is extremely important to feel comfortable while taking care of things. Jonny explained everything to me in great detail but didn't talk down to me while doing it. Great experience!

  Probably won’t be back to this location, experience wasn’t good. When I pull up the guy asks what I need , I said just an oil change he’s like “you said what?” I’m like an oil change. Just off gate , not professional, saying “you said what?” And he said it during another exchange, it’s just unprofessional, on top of the fact he was mumbling his own words. He said they were going to inspect the inside cabin filter, he takes all the stuff put the glove compartment and just shoves it back in so messy crumbling up papers. He had poor communication and just didn’t speak professionally. I went to a discount tire the following day and there was a young man who looked to be the same age as the one at valvoline and it was a totally different experience. He communicated confidently and very respectfully, was thorough in explaining everything. It was a night and day difference.

  Horrible place to go at. Try to avoid this place at all costs. Both of the guys (devante and malique) working on my car to get an oil change were super rude and I found a coupon for them to try and Malique was scoffing because I asked them to try once more when it didn't work the first tim and continued to talk to me in a condescending way. Devante had a horrible attitude from the moment I got into valvoline and does not know how to conversate with customers. Do not go to this location.

  Johnny was one of the managers on duty and was very thorough and nice. He even fixed a piece in my glovebox (the piece that makes it slower) that was not pushed in correctly. He also went above and beyond to help me figure out how to reset my oil service date on my vehicle (I own a VW so there’s never an easy task). Devante, Vincent, and Cruz also worked on my vehicle while getting my oil changed. They all did a quick and efficient job while making sure I was aware of everything they were checking and doing on my car. They all had great attitudes despite it being 90 degrees and early afternoon. I I highly recommend the Huntersville, NC location, they truly treat you with such kindness and don’t try and push to sell you things like other franchised auto places.
