  The manager (Jessie) has incredible customer service skills! Was in and out super fast and felt the team was truly there to help me get the best performance from my vehicle through maintenance choices aligned with the age of my car.

  This is the worst oil change location in Huntersville with workers that have no experience in the job they do. They destroy my car couple of days ago and they didn’t want to take responsibility of their actions shame on them . Get experience workers.

  Devante was FANTASTIC! He was so knowledgeable and patient with me and explained everything so well. Francisco was so nice, friendly and explained all about the oil filter. And Adrian had greeted me upon my arrival and was so pleasant, and he turned out to also be the person who was under the car doing stuff, so nice. Me, my husband husband and kids (4 cars) always come to this location because the staff is always so pleasant and helpful! We actually have closer Valvolines to our house, but really like your people who work at this location.

  Please confirm the total price with the store before authorizing any service. I had a disappointing experience with an oil change for my European vehicle. When I called the store, the automated phone system quoted $102 for a full synthetic oil change. I usually purchase a Groupon, but since I already had a $30 premium oil change discount, I decided not to. To my surprise, my final bill was $134—even after the $30 discount was applied. The price I paid was significantly higher than the amount I was originally quoted, and no one explained the difference before the service was performed. I don't mind paying a fair price, but I do expect pricing to be transparent and consistent. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. My advice to others is to always ask for the final, out-the-door price before agreeing to any service, especially if you have a European vehicle. It could save you from unexpected charges.
