  I came in for a full service oil change. I was in line behind a truck that added changing his battery. Without saying a word they told me to move to the other lane because it was moving faster. The manager had the cars back up so I could pull up behind the vehicle that was leaving, next to be worked on. They were able to do everything except the actual oil change because the plug had been stripped by the previous oil change service provider in MO. So the manager called the area manager. He came over quickly and after some hard work he was able to get it out. But then it had to be replaced. He explained the options and that he would try his best but couldnt guarantee a permanent fix. He went to several places to find what he needed, came back and installed the new plug. It worked like a charm. After two hours -two and half hours of work, he only charged me for the oil change. I tried to pay him but he wouldn't accept it. I would recommend this store to anyone. Everyone that worked on the Subaru was great! We are in the process of moving from MO to Charlotte and have found our oil change store for a long long time.

  The whole staff is very friendly and I will always go back to this location they are always explaining everything about your vehicle and what would be best for it they don't push you to spend money on things that you don't need right away! Love this place

  The manager introduced himself and asked what services I needed. He let me know there were 2 cars ahead of me and it would be 15 minutes until my car would be serviced. Also said he would be in the bay and if I needed him to honk my horn once. ...DH

  Worst experience I’ve ever had. They over filled my wife’s oil in her car by 18qts. Yes you read that right. They refused to pay all the repairs even after contacting corporate numerous times. So if you want to replace your catalytic converter and numerous other repairs by all means use Valvoline. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this establishment! If I could leave -0 stars I would.
