  Will overcharge you like there is no tomorrow. Was quoted $1000 for a simple o2 sensor replacement.

  Service was done even faster than I expected. Everything looks and feels good. The prices were also a bit lower than I expected to pay. I'm a big fan of their comprehensive check because it comes back with pictures and details. I've taken that to other mechanics and they've been pretty much in agreement with he recommendations, so I know they aren't just trying to up sell me on other services.

  Quick and completed job however, over inflated front right tire to 44psi had to release some air so it was back to max of 35psi

  The TUFFY shop was clear as to the services they would provide and the cost. They are more trustworthy than the dealer and do the work as advertised. I contacted them regarding a HID headlight assembly replacement.

  Thank you again to Ben Chatham, store manager, for his help with my Honda Odyssey which only needed a small simple part that they had handy and he installed it himself without running up a big diagnostic charge which wasn't necessary!
