  I highly recommend Tuffy Huntersville location...specifically Manager Ben, assistant Lara, and technical staff. Ben's team delivers superb work, the highest quality parts, and mechanical expertise. In addition..the folks are professional, HONEST and stand behind their work. Finally the rates are very competitive if not lower than most others, especially dealers.   Front desk girl wasn’t very helpful, asked to get a tire fixed and she stated that they left for lunch, and didn’t ask if I wanted to come back or anything. They lost my business because lack of desire to help or please customers and she was rude. Don’t recommend them.
