  Ben has old school customer service and I love it!!! Got off work tire flat. Called AAA and the tow driver brought me here. When I tell you Ben offered to Uber me to get something to eat but I walked to the nearest fast food place. The lug nut was stripped but his crew work fast and hard to fix the problem. Tuffy in Huntersville will definitely be my go to shop for now on!!! Ben and his crew really turned my bad situation into a good one. Tuffy in Huntersville has professional, knowledgeable and hardworking crew. Thank you Ben and Crew!!! Im a customer for life!!!

  They checked to see what was wrong with the air and did not even come back to let me know or ask if I even wanted it fixed. I didn’t even know the cost.

  Muffler system on a Chevy Tahoe had bolts that had rusted through. Was able to be repaired, but, all other shops except Tuffy indicated the only option was full replacement. Tuffy was able to repair the Muffler system. Price was amazing. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend Tuffy as a reliable and reasonable place for all your car repairs!!
