  “I had a very disappointing experience with this GMC dealer. I called multiple times to schedule an oil change for my pickup truck. The first time, I was told to wait while they transferred me, but no one answered. The second time, the call was simply dropped. The third time, I left a message requesting a callback, and I never heard back. I expected better customer service from a dealership of this caliber, but unfortunately, it was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.”

  This dealership went above and beyond for me today and helped me get my dream car. Steve Rogers and Stephen Horton worked with me and did everything they could to get me the rate I wanted. I walked out of there today with a Buick Encore GX and I couldn’t be happier. The accountant Jerrae also was very nice and helped me with everything I could have asked for. If you’re looking for a car then I would make them your first stop!!

  I spent an entire day negotiating in good faith on a 2023 Chevrolet Tahoe High Country with salesperson Alex. After several hours of back and forth, Alex sent me a formal worksheet showing the vehicle price, fees, taxes, and a total balance of $61,700.82. The worksheet included the High Country’s VIN (1GNSKTKL8PR530158) — there was no ambiguity about which vehicle we were discussing. When I countered at $60,500 out the door, the sales manager Rico got involved and claimed the worksheet had been generated on the wrong vehicle and that the High Country was actually $64,984 out the door — nearly $3,300 more than what was documented. Despite the VIN being clearly printed on the worksheet, Rico insisted there was no deal and apologized for “improper information.” I came to this dealership as a serious buyer — pre-approved through my credit union with $25,000 down, ready to fund the vehicle remotely and pick it up upon relocation to the area. Instead I had my time wasted and was given documentation that the dealership later refused to honor. This is bad business. Buyer beware.

  Bought a new truck from them in 5/25. It was broke before I could drive it off the lot. They needed to fix it and it took 3 days. It was delivered and it still needed work at my local GMC dealership. So I lost a week after buying it. Truck has worked very well since. They sold me on the add on insurance for ~8 years on some of the policies and was told - yea it will work at any GM place. NOPE. Local GMC dealership won’t take it so it money out of my pocket that has to be reimbursed by the insurance company. What!!! Takes a couple weeks cause they send checks by snail mail. I tried talking to the guys at Randy Marion and they said they would get back to me right away. Nope!!!! Haven’t heard a peep from them. Finance Maher said this shouldn’t have happened and will look Ito to it right away. All I hear is crickets now. There’s more to this buying story that is negative. Be wary if you buy from them. CS ends with sale.

  I was very unsatisfied with the entire experience. To be completely honest, if it hadn't been for Nate, the salesperson, I would have walked out. He was the only bright spot during our visit. I also couldn't help but notice how poorly he seemed to be treated. His office furniture, including a worn and dirty chair and desk, gave an unprofessional impression. Management repeatedly pushed Reggie on us, despite my request to work with Nate. Thankfully, I found another truck, which allowed Nate to step in and help us. We felt pressured by Reggie to purchase a truck we had already made clear we didn't want. The level of unprofessionalism throughout the dealership was unbelievable. Two salespeople in the neighboring office were openly speaking negatively about customers, and we could hear every word. One of them even said, "These damn people make me feel like I am going to war." Hearing employees speak that way about customers was extremely disappointing. The final straw was our experience with Steve in finance. His demeanor was very cold and unhelpful. When I asked about being added to the loan, he essentially dismissed the request as being too much trouble. He even told us, "You better get a will," which we found to be completely inappropriate and unsettling. Needless to say, this experience left a very negative impression on us, and I sincerely hope we never have a reason to return to this location.
