  We recently purchased a 2026 Equinox EV. Our sales person was Alejandro and he is such a personable, kind and knowledgeable salesman. This is our first EV and he answered all of our questions (no matter our silly they were). He was so very patient and although the exact car we wanted was not on their lot, he took the time and found EXACTLY what we wanted. They made purchasing our new car so easy and actually a very pleasant experience! Thank you so much Alejandro and the finance manager (sorry I am blanking on his name). Buying a car and spending a lot of money can be a very exhausting experience but not this time! We will send everyone we know to see him! Thank you again for being so amazing Alejandro!

  I looked online at some sierra's and got connected with Aubrey Cross and I am so thankful I was! Amazing communication, showed me the vehicle I was interested in and of course I was ready to buy. She was extremely knowledgeable, process was smooth and flawless, went over everything and showed me how it all worked. She was absolutely fantastic! If I ever buy another vehicle I know exactly where and who I'm going to. The dealership in a whole was absolutely amazing! First place I've bought from that felt personable. If I could give more stars I absolutely would! Thank you Aubrey and everyone at Randy Marion!

  I had a very disappointing experience at Randy Marion Buick GMC, specifically with General Manager Steve Vann. The interaction was unprofessional and uncomfortable—he was aggressive, raised his voice, and became hostile during the conversation. As a manger you are supposed to be a leader. Training is the issue here and I think with proper training and customer service skills, he could learn to be a manager that a customer can respect. Read the reviews about Mr.Vann and you will see this is a recurrent issue, Steve Vann is the opposite of a leader. It’s not the kind of environment you expect when making a significant purchase or doing business. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend saving your time and just taking your business elsewhere.

  We googled reviews before showing up so we would know who to request. Aubreys name continuously showed up so we asked for her upon arrival. She came out and met us and spent hours with us as we tried to decide between 2 vehicles. When we brought it back to have some items corrected, they addressed all items! Greatly appreciative of Aubrey, Jerrae, and Damon for taking care of us!

  This dealership is truly special, and working with them is not like working with some big money-driven conglomerate. I purchased a used 2017 Sierra Denali here in 2021, and that was a great experience. In late 2025, I purchased a 2026 GMC Canyon from a dealership closer to me instead. I learned my lesson, and through an unusual situation, I was able to return to Randy Marion to purchase the new truck, which is what I should have done in the first place. Kevin Murphy in finance is patient and very accurate with the details. He went the extra mile to set things up the way I needed and followed through for me. Chip Harris is a high-energy and extremely friendly salesman. He's genuinely likable, and that's not some superficial tactic; he's actually enjoying the experience with you! Earl Gordon in service is exceptional. He listens to your concerns and understands them, rather than just scheduling a visit like some other dealers. He sets expectations and ensures that your concerns are met with empathy and a plan of action. I truly feel like my purchase is in safe hands and that if anything ever needs addressing, he'll be the one to make sure it's corrected. All of the team at this dealership is restoring my confidence in the brands that they sell and support.
