  Highly not recommended! If I could give no stars I would. Called yesterday and told them I need a quote to replace a R&L sensor. Was told I would need to bring it in for the quote. I told him the car had already been diagnosed at another shop but they didn’t do that type of repair. He told me to bring it in at 8am and he would have a quote by 12. Took the car at 8am and when get there. He tells me he will let me know sometime today. I said you told me yesterday you let me know by 12. He jumped up out he seat with an attitude and started saying we have a bunch of cars here this morning so it will be sometime today! You don’t tell customer one thing over the phone then something else when they arrive. Called at 1:30 because nobody called me and was told they don’t do that type of work. So my car just sat there for 5.5 hrs. Go pick my car up and it’s still seating in the same spot I left it. Checked my camera and the car was never moved or checked. Call back up there and asked did they even check my car. He said the technician walked out there looked at the car and said they don’t do that type of work and the guy I talked to yesterday should have told me. I tell you IGNORANCE is at all time high and common sense is at an all time low. Wasted 6hrs of my time and $40 in Lyft fees. Poor Customer service! Every other shop asked for my VIn and that’s was it!

  My son was driving our Mini and it had been making some noises he thought was a loose panel or something. He was leaving work at 9pm on a Friday, stopped to get gas, and the car literally locked up as he was pulling away from the pump. Even in neutral, the car would not move. He calls me, and I come get him and we're figuring out what to do and all of a sudden this guy pulls up next to us and asks what's wrong. I explained it to him, he just looked at it and said "2013 right?". I said yes, and he said it was probably the transfer case. I'm thinking "who the heck are you?". He said his name was Tony and he ran a shop that works on European cars. I was pretty impressed he identified the year of the car by looking at it and I didn't know where else to take it so I had it towed to Tony's place (NB Motors if you haven't guessed yet). I got a call the next day and it was indeed the transfer case and front diff that went out. I got this outrageous quote for new parts that was close to twice what the vehicle was worth. I was at a loss as to what to do, but one of Tony's guys made some calls and found the parts from a junkyard that ended up costing less that half the new parts. Few days later and the Mini was as good as new. (At least new enough for me to trade in). Anyways, I was seriously impressed with NB European Motors. As busy as that place appeared to be, Tony did not have to stop to help my son and me; especially late on a Friday night. I did not get the feeling I was being cheated and the team there really seemed to enjoy their jobs. We're now an all Subie family so I won't have the need for Tony and his team of magicians anymore but if you do, I'd definitely recommend NB Motors!!!

  i should have gone there several years ago could save a lot of headaches. they have explained everything and given me options both good and bad for a100,000 miles they have kept me moving and giving me a choice thank you all so much
