  Had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. My tire got punctured, and Ken, Joseph, and Fred repaired it immediately. They were fast, professional, and very helpful throughout the whole process. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and quick turnaround. Highly recommend this team!

  Saturday late morning… needed a tire patched. Went somewhere else, had been waiting for some time. Decided to call around- Thank you to Ken for answering the phone promptly and being so kind on the phone. Came in less and than 4 minutes Fred had my car in and lifted being taken care of. Love it when a business is proactive and does what they said over the phone “we can take care of you right now, come on in” Thank you guys!!!

  Came in on a busy Thursday afternoon after my tire went flat. Joseph, Ken, Willy did their thing and got me fixed up in no time. Truly appreciate their help and hard work!! Very personable and kind staff. Highly recommend this location. Will be coming back for any future needs!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes in Huntersville on Statesville Road. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me taken care of quickly. They clearly explained what my car needed without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I really appreciated. The pricing was fair, and the turnaround time was faster than expected. Thank you Joseph/Ken and Kieran! Overall, it was a smooth, hassle-free visit, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future tire and maintenance needs. Highly recommend this location if you’re in the area.
