  Efficient and friendly service! Tony was super helpful and hospitable, and they got everything taken care of quickly. Seeing as I got a flat tire while visiting for the weekend from out of town, I really appreciated them being there on a Sunday!!

  I was traveling through North Carolina when I noticed one of my tires was low, and I had no idea where to go for help. I saw Mavis and decided to stop—and I’m so glad I did! Anna and her team were amazing. They were friendly, professional, and got me in and out in no time. I really appreciate how quickly they helped me get safely back on the road. Highly recommend Anna and her team at Mavis!

  Their service was terrible this time. I took my truck in for brakes and oil service; they also installed new rear shock and 5 new tires. I paid around $3,700. After I picked up the truck, a strange noise started coming from the driver's-side front tire by the third day. I realized the brake caliper was missing its bolts and was scraping against the rim, causing significant damage. It seems they either didn't tighten the bolts properly or forgot to do so entirely. I called to claim the warranty, but they refused and wouldn't take responsibility. I had to leave my truck in York, S.C., because it was already late—around 6 p.m. The next day, I had to pay for a tow truck to take it to another nearby shop. I called them again to try to enforce the warranty and get reimbursed for the damage, but I got no real answer; they just dodged the issue. In the end, I lost about $700 more because of them. I lost that money, but they lost a customer who used to spend thousands of dollars with them—over the last two years, I spent nearly $15,000 on service for my trucks, as I own a company with a fleet of vehicles.

  I came in twice this week, once for a battery and once for brakes, and both times they were super professional, efficient, and got straight to the point, getting me out in a reasonable amount of time. Tony the Asst manager was awesome. Gilbert, the mechanic, was awesome! He's no joke. Overall, great job to everyone because it really does take a team. I'll be back for my next service.

  Tony has great customer service and very kind. I had a great experience at this alignment shop! The staff was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done right. They were honest, efficient, and took the time to make sure my vehicle was driving properly. I definitely appreciate the great service and would recommend them to anyone needing an alignment. I’ll definitely be back!
