I went here for my last oil change. I called prior to check the price, along with another garage I typically use. I specifically inquired about full synthetic on a Kia niro. Based on the amount of oil needed, I estimated the total to be under $50. My regular mechanic quoted over $80 so I opted to have it done here. When told after service that the total was over $100 (even the attendant ringing me up seemed surprised as that price also took into account a ladies day discount!). After questioning the mechanic she returned to tell me that he always charges a $50 fee for full synthetic. That was never told to me but at that point my hands were tied. Since that time I’ve had a leak and when checked last week at my garage I was told that when gm did the oil change they didn’t tighten the valve properly- not only causing a leak but now down a quart of oil. This was not my first time there for an oil change but was definitely my last.
