  Five stars for Nae and Quentin at Enterprise! Nae picked me up and was super friendly and welcoming. Quentin helped me get the vehicle rented and made the process easy. I really appreciated their excellent service and how well they treated me. Thank you both for making a stressful day a little easier!

  I've had several good experiences renting from this location. The staff is professional, pleasant to deal with and they get you out the door as quickly as possible. JB is awesome. At peak times we have had to wait ~30-45 mins but they do their best. The cars have been reliable and mostly quite clean on the inside. Maybe it's because they have a small parking lot but I've noticed that they don't usually have multiple options available within the popular classes. So you are stuck with whatever model you get or you have to upgrade/downgrade. Overall, I'm pretty happy using Enterprise for my short or long term rental.

  I had a reservation for a pickup on Saturday, I came to pick up the vehicle at 10:30 AM and was told to come back in an hour. I came back at 11:30 AM and was told at 11:48, 12 minutes before they and everyone else closed, that they don't have any cars. What is the point of reservations again? It is clearly a management issue, as the employees were understaffed yet working dilligently to get everyone taken care of.
