  Ms Nakwan Monteith went above and beyond in assisting me with my rental car. I was recently in a car accident and was still quite sore. When I called, I asked her to make that whoever picked me up, drive slowly and carefully. Much to my surprise, Ms. Monteith picked me up and she drove like I was an egg in her passenger seat. That woman deserve a raise! When I need a rental again, I will definitely use Enterprise!

  The Huntersville location always provides excellent customer service. I advised I would be driving long distance and tires were important. The rep was willing to switch to another van after I pointed out the tire wear on the origina rentall. I have rented several times over the last year and this location has always listened to my needs and exceeded expectations.

  I would never use this location. I showed up and they didn't have anything close to the car I reserved and they only had one car and no options.

  Had the worst experience at this particular Enterprise. I rented many times in multiple locations nationwide but this was terrible. Got called from the location that they are booked for next few days when I had a reservation successfully online. We called back with another number and the location said they had the vehicle but when we mentioned the discount enterprise offered online they said management would call and confirm if we can book. As anyone can guess management never called us back. This location pockets the discount the corporate offers instead of passing it on to the customers. Shame!
