I didn't see the SKU on the shelf, so I asked the employee to check as sometimes it's only stocked behind the counter. The employee working couldn't even be bothered to check the computer or his inventory. He took a halfhearted look at the website on my phone and said "I haven't seen that before here", after I asked if he could please check. I understand inventory online won't always be accurate, but I've never seen an employee care so little as to not be willing to even check the system or shelves.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
