  I am deeply dissatisfied with both the customer service and the overall experience at this Valvoline location. I will absolutely never do business at this establishment again. From the moment I pulled up, the staff made it clear they had zero interest in being professional or courteous. The first person who "greeted" me, Hope, didn't actually greet me at all. Instead, she simply asked, "Are you here for an oil change or inspection?" with an attitude and nothing but a disdain look that showed she did not want to be there today (or assist me). Things only got worse with the second attendant, Moises. He openly criticized my vehicle while checking my air filter, calling it "filthy and disgusting." He then took it a step further and said that my engine "sucked" and that he would "never buy one of my vehicles." Rather than stopping her coworker's blatant rudeness, Hope added to the dialogue by stating that she saw another vehicle's engine blow up that was similar to mine, acting as if I had purchased the wrong vehicle. There is a massive difference between offering helpful automotive advice and being flat-out condescending. The staff here was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I felt insulted just for bringing my car in. Save your money and your sanity—go somewhere else where the employees actually understand basic customer service.

  Great customer service by, Moises, Donald and Ronald. Their service was pleasant and I will recommend my family and friends to go here for their car services. I will be back.

  While on a roadtrip to NC , I realized I needed an oil change. Ted and the staff were amazing. Very thorough and knowledgeable about my car. Quick service and was happy with the service all the way around. Satisfied customer :)

  Love, the fact that I could sit in my car while they changed my oil super fast. The service men were quick and professional. The only thing I have to say is I also had windshield wipers put in and I was surprised that one cost me $30 and I got two and I didn’t know the price until after everything was done. They should’ve told me how much the windshield wipers were before They installed them. I will certainly go again cause like I said they were quick and professional. I’d like to say thank you to them.
