I have been there twice and each time I’ve gone the employees knew immediately what was wrong with my tires. Both times they were so respectful and helpful. Great service.

I came in unsure if I made an appointment at the right place. They quickly sorted it out and got to working on my car. The workers were very fast and polite, and Chris took great care of me while I waited. Price was very low and service was great :) !

I have personally seen these guys take care of my son's car numerous times. He has an uncanny ability to find every screw, bolt, nail or anything to puncture his tire. The guys here have done every tire repair possible for everyone in my family. We never felt any pressure to buy new tires, which I was fully prepared for but never felt. I personally had a tire fixed, which of course my son can't stop ribbing me for, and had my truck, and motorcycle inspected there. Chris was always the first to greet me and take care of everything he could. One day I came down for a tire repair, and he was swamped. So, he asked if I could come back in the morning and he’d take care of me first thing instead of making me wait hours. I came back the next morning and Chris knocked it out in minutes. This Mavis location is the only place I will go for inspections and anything tire-related.

I received great customer service here. This isn’t a review about how everything went perfect it’s actually about how there was an issue in the team continued to troubleshoot until they were able to have a happy customer Chris Tom and Larry worked on my car and they worked together as a team. There wasn’t much ego involved, even though they had more than decades of experience they all just work together, and this is exactly what you would want to find from the team of professionals when they are gonna work on something as important as your vehicle immediately refer them to my wife and she’ll be heading there soon. I want to take time to leave them a review so they can get recognition for the hard work that they do shout out to Chris for identifying the issue. Tom built some pretty good rapport with me and Larry did a phenomenal job of solving the problem in putting some finishing touches I definitely recommend this group to anyone. I’ll actually go out of my way to go to the specific location in the future.

Excellent service from start to finish! The person at the counter was extremely helpful, professional, and provided great customer service throughout my tire change. I also really appreciate this location’s support for the military community and the fact that veterans work here. I’m very pleased with my experience and the service I received. I will definitely be coming back for any future tire needs. Highly recommend this location!
