  Had an appointment they did not honor. Took 4 hours to get new tires put on. They ran out of time as store closing and did not complete the work. I was told to come back. Made another appointment to complete the work. Again they were busy and had no idea how long it would be to even get my car in the shop. I left and won't do anymore business with them. Very bad first impression. Also wanted to charge me more than I was quoted.

  There is a play area over there. It has weird stuff on it. First time I went there. There was a toy bin. It had a bunch of toys in it like little magnetic blocks. Last time we won there was nothing in there AM the first time we went here. They played this like cat movie made by Disney. 2 years later, still playing We waited about 4 hours just to get our oil fixed. And to get a new tire, shouldn't I take him that long

  I had picked up a nail in my tire and called the nearest location, which was Mavis in Hope Mills! They closed within 10 minutes but didn't hesitate to help me when I arrived. The gentleman at the front counter was extremely friendly and introduced me to Shawn. Shawn was professional and showed great kindness. He patched the tire in a fair amount of time and got me back on the road. I highly recommend this location and appreciate their amazing staff!

  Shaun and Chris provided outstanding service from start to finish. They repaired my tire quickly without sacrificing quality and took the time to explain exactly what they were doing.
