  I always receive excellent service whenever I come to Mavis Tires & Brakes in Hope Mills. Edward will answer any question that I may have pertaining to my vehicle and the service requested and he makes sure the customer is satisfied with the service they received.

  Me and my little girl was coming home from Walmart and noticed my tire was leaking air. So I sent Mavis's tires and I pulled up in there and asked them if they would put air in it, and they checked it. And it was leaking from the stem and I asked a guy at the cash register how much he would charge me to fix it, and they did it for free. I would recommend them to anybody they are really good people. Hard workers.\nI wouldn't have made it home if it wasn't for them.Helping me and my little girl.

  Happen to have free tires.Flat happen to The crew there work good as a team. They work together, not separately, that was a plus to see when a team comes together. have good service.   I had an appointment at 12 . I showed up at 11:30 , I didn’t leave out of there until 2:30 , THREE hours to get new tires and an alignment was crazy . The prices are great but I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying and waiting especially if you have something to do that day . It was agitating to see some of the mechanics sitting around or on their phones . They don’t seem to help each other out , the man that worked on my car was nice though .

  I cannot say enough amazing things about the team at Mavis in Fayetteville—especially Chris, the tire technician who truly went above and beyond for us. We had driven over two hours to Fayetteville to see my nephew off for a deployment to Iran. Just minutes away from his house, our trip took a stressful turn when we picked up a massive bolt in the sidewall of our rear passenger tire. We barely made it to the nearest Mavis, hoping for a quick fix—but unfortunately, they didn’t have our tire in stock. That’s where Chris stepped in and completely changed the experience. Even though they didn’t have the exact tire, he didn’t just send us away. He put our car on the lift and personally tried multiple tires he thought might work, just to help get us safely back on the road. When nothing fit, he didn’t give up. He told us he would keep the car on the lift if we could find a tire elsewhere and offered to install it for us—no hesitation. While my husband called over 20 different places (with no luck—no one had our tire or could get one quickly), Chris stayed involved the entire time. He even checked in on us and ultimately took it upon himself to track down and order the exact tire we needed—making sure it would arrive by 10 AM the next morning. We arranged a ride home that night and came back the next day with a truck and trailer, expecting a long process. Instead, Chris had everything ready to go—and not only did he get us a replacement tire, he got us the exact same tire to match the rest of our set. As if that wasn’t enough, he also checked on us personally and even aired up all the tires on our trailer before we left. In a stressful situation, Chris showed kindness, dedication, and a level of customer service you just don’t see anymore. He didn’t just fix a tire—he made sure we were safe, taken care of, and able to get back on the road without worry. Absolutely exceptional service. Chris is a true asset to Mavis, and we are beyond grateful.
