  I made an appointment for an oil change at 12:00 PM on September 3. I arrived early at 11:15 AM, only to be told that my appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM. I had received an email confirming my appointment for noon, so clearly there was some type of scheduling mistake. I understand mistakes happen, but what disappointed me was that there was no effort to correct the situation or try to fit me in. I would have expected something as simple as, “We made a mistake, but let’s see what we can do.” Instead of making a big deal about it, I went across the street to Valvoline, and the experience was completely different. They provided great service and had my oil change completed in less than 30 minutes. I was already a little concerned when I walked into Mavis Tires & Brakes because the shop area appeared messy and disorganized. Unfortunately, the appointment issue only added to that first impression. Very disappointing experience.

  Mavis on Legion Road Fayetteville NC is very professional. The establishment is very clean and friendly. A associate took me right away when I had an emergency valve stem leak. I am very appreciative of that.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire and Brakes! I came in with a flat tire, and Chris took care of everything from start to finish. I simply explained what the issue was, and he handled the rest without me having to overly explain anything or worry about what needed to be done. The wait wasn’t long at all, and I really appreciated that they still took their time to make sure my tires were good and everything was taken care of properly. The service was professional, easy, and stress-free. Thank you, Chris, for the excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend Mavis Tire and Brakes to anyone looking for reliable and professional tire service. I’ll definitely be returning if I need anything in the future!

  Great experience! I had a nail in my tire, and they were able to plug it for me completely free. The service was quick, and everyone was friendly and professional. I really appreciated the great customer service and willingness to help. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to others!

  I will definitely be recommending this shop from now on. I caught a string of bad luck running over something in the road that completely flattened my tire and 8 days later a screw punctured my new tire. Chris, Josh, and Ali we so helpful in the store and on the phone to get in and out on the same day. I usually try to stick with the smaller shops to support local and general distrust of big auto. But will be adding the Mavis legion rd location to my list of recommendations any time someone needs their services!
