  Want to waste money and time ? you've found the right place then!! i was sold a camper that was identical to the one i toured BUT, ive come into problem after problem and camping worlds resolution ...... SPEND MORE MONEY! on mistakes made on THEIR end. How do you sell me a BRAND NEW trailer but the AC is broken, SO many cosmetic damages, arrived with a dent in the side and the weather strips dangling on the outside . this place does NOT CARE. they only want your money and will push you off with no solutions to the problems addressed. Sales guy has not been back in contact after multiple attempts of contacting to resolve the issues at hand. absolutely disgusted in this business and their work ethics . i do NOT recommend buying ANYTHING from these people

  Purchased a three-wheel bicycle for mother-in-law on 5/11. It needed some considerable assembly before it could be ridden. That will matter in a moment. Within a couple weeks, both tires were flat. It probably hasn't been ridden more than a half mile. When I checked the first flat, I discovered there was a hole on the inside of the tube so we didn't pick up anything while riding it. Then the second wheel went flat. It's safe to assume both tubes were faulty. I called this morning to ask about a return/refund. I was told we had passed the 30 day return policy. I asked if there were any exceptions and was told no. OK, I understand their policy. She told me the item needed to be unopened and unused in addition to within the 30 days. BTW, nowhere in the documentation did I see anything about a 30-day return policy. The item was purchased online and picked up the next day at the store. If the bicycle needed assembly, how could I do that without opening the box? The person for whom the bike was bought was unable to ride it due to physical limitations so it sat in the garage for the whole time except for the few times she tried to ride it. I wouldn't begin to tell anybody how to run their business but it doesn't seem unreasonable to make an exception for special circumstances, not to mention it had faulty parts out of the box. One might say why not just repair the tubes and be done with it. Logical, but I shouldn't have to. Not to mention it can't be used as hoped. I guess this company thinks otherwise. I won't be doing business with Camping World in the future. I would be happy to discuss my concern with someone at the store. Update: emailed to address given in owner's response. It's been 3 days and I haven't heard from anybody. I wonder if they're sincere in their concern. Don't offer to discuss and perhaps resolve if you aren't serious. Is a courtesy phone call too much to ask? Me and my silly expectations. UPDATE: It has been over three weeks since I was advised to reach out to the business to discuss my concern. I did that and to date, I still have not heard from anybody at the business. They have my contact details, but I guess, like many, they just go through the motions to give the impression they care. We're talking about a $275 purchase, not a several thousand dollar RV. My advice is don't offer to discuss/resolve a concern if you aren't serious. Bill Cosby said if you see ugly children and follow them home, you'll find ugly parents. If this is typical of their customer service (go ahead Camping World; prove me wrong) then I question the quality of their sales and service and their integrity. I'm done.

  Absolutely the worst store under the camping world umbrella. We purchased a 2026 RV, within 24 hours it had issues. The store was supposed to do a thorough inspection before releasing it to us, clearly was not done as we have water leaking everywhere within 24 hrs of use. Parts were ordered incorrectly and it’s been sitting with them for almost 2 months. Service managers are never available and have tracking issues on parts. They are the most unreliable store that exists. After you sign paperwork they do not make you a priority nor try to assist you. Stay away from this store! Not worth your time or money! Terrible service, assistance, and experience. we are calling corporate. We will have made 2 payments and used it less than a day! We have spoken to multiple representatives and managers.

  I had a great experience with Camping World, our sales rep Sarah was awesome and helped us a lot with finding the right trailer for our needs that was well within our budget. She was very knowledgeable on the subject and answered every question we had. We had Desiree as our financing manager who was also a great help in finding the best loan plan for us and helped to lower our payment. She was able to explain every detail and walk us through everything and answered every question we had, often before we could ask it. I wholeheartedly recommend Camping World and will definitely be returning for any future needs.

  While I want to start this by saying the customer service here has been great that is about all I can say about my experience with camping world. I purchased a camper from camping world 10 months ago and out of that it has been in the shop 4-5 months out of my time owning it. The first weekend I had it I brought it back in where camping world had it for roughly two months after initial purchase. When I said I no longer wanted the camping the only option they gave me was to trade it in on a different camper. Then following this I had back and fourth trips to camping world for repairs some of the same issues in which I was told there was nothing wrong with the slide out back and fourth before they finally fixed it and the side out graphics are still not aligned. I bought this for my family and I to enjoy time together in between deployments and the experience has been terrible. Camping world referred us to a camp ground where we purchased a lifetime membership at 10,000 dollars on top of what we paid for the camper. After still having issues I bring it in and was told I would have to pay roughly 12500 for camping world to take the camper back from me. While I understand a camper is not an investment but a depreciating asset with the issues this camper has had since purchase I would expect a corporation like this to take some sort accountability. Especially when the camper is purchased and has issues instantly after and they claim to do this big inspection to insure no issues and the person buys a membership in which they recommend and spends 3,000 dollars and equipment from their store. I would recommend trying a local store versus buying from this or any camping world location.
