Rico was excellent — Jeremy’s customer service was not.
Our salesperson, Rico, was absolutely awesome. He was polite, respectful, professional, and never once pressured us to go over our budget. He listened to what we wanted and made the buying process enjoyable. I would highly recommend asking for Rico.
Unfortunately, our experience changed when we came back Saturday to purchase the camper and Rico wasn’t there. We had to deal with the sales manager, Jeremy, and I honestly almost walked away from the purchase because of the way things were handled.
Before leaving to pick up our trade-in, we discussed several items that needed attention, including a shower door that wasn’t functioning properly. We were told they would work on these things while we were gone.
When we returned to sign the paperwork and do our walkthrough, nothing had been taken care of. The camper was also supposed to be cleaned, but it was still noticeably dirty.
When I brought this up to Jeremy, instead of professionally addressing our concerns, his attitude completely changed. He told us the shower door was basically “what it is” and there was nothing else they could do. His reaction to our frustration was unprofessional and, in my opinion, not the way a sales manager should handle a paying customer.
We also decided not to use their recommended insurance because it was approximately three times the cost of our current insurance company. Because of that, we couldn’t take the camper home Saturday, which was perfectly fine with us.
We returned Monday, and Jeremy didn’t even say hello or acknowledge us. Regardless of what happened Saturday, that is simply poor customer service. When you work in sales — especially as a manager — customers should be treated with courtesy and respect before, during, AND after the sale.
If it weren’t for Rico and the excellent job he did, we probably would have walked away without purchasing the camper.
My advice: ASK FOR RICO. He deserves 5 stars.
As for management, if Rico isn’t available, I would personally wait until the DM, Mr. Mark, is there rather than deal with Jeremy again.

Don't ever visit this location..
bought a camper and walls were not screwed down and brought it back but haven't received it back..
Its been 6 months
Its been a nightmare..
They tear up everything they were supposed to fix..
My microwave trim was busted..
They made it worse..
They want me to come get it and use it but they haven't repaired anything ..
Don't buy from here

We purchased an RV back in June, and called several times about our tags.
We were told over and over the person wasn't there, or they would call back. Then spoke with said person finally over 3 weeks later, and she informed us she had 60-90 days to submit our paperwork. (Temp tags are only good for 60 and can not be extended) Then we were told there was an issue on their end and they'd get back with us. Which never happened, called again last night. That was the 60th day for our temp tag, it expired. We were told nobody was there to help and they'd take note, like every other time.
So today, still waiting, no word, I've called 4 different numbers and they all say the location is currently unavailable.
We have a payment on an RV we cant even use for travel. No signs of when it will be rectified, and now nobody to speak with.

Called and emailed with an employee who quoted me a very specific price, which I made sure to confirm this and several other things verbally and mostly in writing in email also only to drive for hours to be told all of that information was incorrect. Then the bait and switch to under quote me by almost half, invent all sorts of other additional charges and fees that were never even mentioned, and absolutely no care that they had wasted days of my time and purposely tried to screw me. I would rate them -5 stars but again that's not an option. Horrible. Do not trust nor believe ANYTHING, that they tell you, even their store hours...

James was absolutely great to work with! He walked us through everything step by step while buying our camper and was so patient with all of our questions. He was honest, friendly and never made us feel pressured or rushed into anything.
We had such a good experience and will 100% be back to see James again — especially since we are already talking about what we want when it’s time to upgrade 😂
